When Dal-Mi didn't come to lunch with the team, Do-San was worried she might be with Mr. Han. She had every right to be angry at him but she should at least treat them both the same way. Mr. Han was as much responsible for this as him.
He sighed, realizing that Mr. Han would probably tell her that he did everything for an investment. That might have been the case at first but it wasn't anymore.
As he was exiting the building, he saw Ji-Pyeong coming towards him. Their eyes locked with much hostility for each other.
"May I speak with you for a moment?" Ji-Pyeong asked, standing there confidently with hands inside his pocket.
Do-San hated that. He had always hated how confident Mr. Han was with everything. He was also always right in what he says, like how Do-San could never be a good CEO, why Samsan Tech couldn't couldn't secure any investors. He thought he was everything possible, but that was the least he could've done. And Mr. Han made him realise that.
"Were you with Dal-Mi all this time?" he asked, his fingers trembling a little as he held the strap of his backpack tighter.
"I guess you do have time," Ji-Pyeong said, motioning him to follow.
The conference room was empty with a chill that Do-San had never felt before.
"What is this regarding?" He asked.
"I want you to write down some questions as I dictate them," Ji-Pyeong said, taking a seat opposite to him.
