"Alright dickhead" I say greeting Payton as I answer his face time call

"What's up with all the mean names you call me for the past couple days. Your rude you know" he says

"I know I'm rude and a bitch but I don't care people just have to deal with it or don't be friends with me. I also just re-watched sex ed so I'm calling people what Maeve calls people in the show" I say

"Cool, never seen it but ok. Whats the plan for today" he asks

"I don't know I woke up an hour ago" I say

"But its like almost three afternoon. Are you coming to see me today" he ask

"Don't know maybe, depends if Sydney visits or not. She said she would" I say

"So you might randomly show up at my room or you might not" he asks and I nod my head

"Its past lunch time and I got to see if I can get food so I'll be back in a minute" I say getting up and leaving

I leave my room and go to the cafeteria and get some pizza. I get stopped by Tom on the back to my room, he tells me that Sydney is on her way and will be here in twenty minuets. I go back to my room and sit in front my phone again. A nurse is in Paytons room so I dont say anything until she leaves.

"What did she want" I ask

"Just checking my charts, I have physio in a hour as well" he says

"So what exactly is wrong with you" I ask

"Well my broken ribs obviously, then I broke my leg which is why I need physio. I almost went into a coma as well when I first came into the hospital" he says

"Damn whish I was in a coma" I say

"Why" Payton laughs

"Because it seems fun, like imagine passing out and not waking up for months. Like you can't feel anything, no emotions. That seems amazing" I say

"Are you sure your medication is working" he asks

"Yeah. Like I said it just stop the thoughts that make me want to hurt or kill myself and kinda numbs my feelings. Like I can't really feel sad but that doesn't mean I'm happy anyway moving on" I say

"Ok, If you can could you bring me a red bull from the cafeteria" he asks

"No" I say as I finish my pizza

"Why not" he asks

"Because you have broken ribs which means you probably have issues with your lungs or heart until that is fixed. An energy drink would be the worst thing for you right now" I explain

"Fine, can you get me a cookie" he asks

"Are you just trying to get me to go to your room" I ask

"Yeah its boring here, there's nothing to watch on tv" he says

"That sounds like a you problem, anyway I got to go" I say hanging up

I go take my plate back and go watch tv in the living room with Sam. After a while he has to go because he has his review with Julie today to see if he can be discharged, I wish him luck because he's going to need it. I carry on watching tv until there are people come to the living room and I go to my room. I listen to music while I draw until my phone rings.

"I'm almost at the hospital is there anything you want" Sydney says

"Yeah can you stop at McDonalds and get me medium fries with a large diet coke" I ask
