Chapter Four

One month ago BTS moved to their new home in Hannam The Hill. It was a very luxurious apartment complex which had a lot of celebrity residents including actors, singers, politicians, business owners and now Bangtan. It was not a smooth move. Their hectic and demanding schedule did not allow them a lot of free time so they moved to their new home in a hurry.

Jungkook did not have a good start to the year. His band was planning to disband due to extreme pressure, expectations and hate. The global exposure did garner them a lot of fans but it also gave them plenty of haters. All this made Jungkook sad and miserable. He felt hurt whenever his hyungs were hurt.

But later they all decided to renew their contracts because they knew somewhere that they had a lot more to achieve and they owed ARMY. They could not just leave ARMY hanging with abruptly disbanding. After renewing their contracts they decided to move into a bigger place which had better security and privacy. And to be honest Jungkook felt like a real celebrity when they moved to this high end luxury apartment. It had a café and gym which was insane!

The members also liked their new found privacy which they did not have earlier. Up until 2016 they all used to share a single room. It used to be very cramped up and warm there. Then they moved to their second dorm where everyone had a roommate except Jungkook who claimed a single room by winning at rock, paper, scissors, a game which was way too frequently played by the Bangtan members for deciding literally everything no matter how trivial or important. Golden Closet Films took birth in that very room. It was initially a series of videos shot and directed by Jungkook but it could venture into something more in the future. Jungkook was always ready to explore more.

In this apartment they all had their own rooms except for Jimin and Hoseok who occupied the biggest room together. Their new home may have given them their own rooms but the chaos was nowhere less in this house. One could randomly hear singing from time to time or music which was usually played by Jin or Jimin. Jungkook also wanted to learn how to play the guitar. Maybe some time in the future he would.

However, things were not the same since the past four days. Their leader, Kim Namjoon, was still in the States. They had two public appearances without him which led to ARMYs all over the World speculating the worse from his health to him leaving the band. They had only been able to contact him once when he informed them that his Uncle had died a few hours after he reached there. He sounded very sad and upset. Namjoon was their ultimate strength. He was the right fit to be the leader of a group as big as them. And if he felt weak it affected them more than they liked to admit.

Jungkook decided to make breakfast for everyone because today was one of their rare days off. They usually worked every day including Sundays so an off day was treated as a blessing. They mostly used these days to catch up on their sleep and sometimes visit family and friends. It was only 10 am so he was sure everyone else must still be sleeping. He took a shower and went downstairs to the kitchen to make some pancakes.

He could already hear sounds coming from the kitchen Yoongi was already awake and was making coffee.

"Hyung don't make anything to eat. I will make breakfast for everyone today." Jungkook went inside the kitchen and took flour out from the top cabinet.

"Are you sure you can do that alone?" Yoongi asked him, doubtfully. Jungkook did not usually cook anything other than Ramyeon noodles. Yoongi and Jin were the best cook in the group.

"Yes Hyung. It is just pancakes. Also I looked it up on YouTube once" Jungkook replied. Yoongi smiled and went to sit in the living room which was right in front of the open Kitchen with his coffee.

When Jungkook was done with the batter he asked Yoongi to go and wake the others up which was a great task in itself. It was not easy to wake up the Bangtan members but the most difficult ones to wake up were already awake so at least that was done.

Jungkook was setting up the table with pancakes and fruits when the other members came to join him. They all had coffee except for Taehyung who did not drink coffee something about it being too bitter for his charming and sweet personality.

"I am missing Namjoon-ah." Hobi sighed soulfully.

"Me too. Nothing has been broken or damaged in nearly four days here." Jin added. Namjoon was given the title of 'God of Destruction' and it had to be the most accurate title ever. He was very clumsy which led to him breaking or damaging any and every thing.

"He called me last night but it was 3 am and I was asleep so it went to voicemail." Yoongi informed everyone.

"Maybe we should call him right now." Jungkook suggested. Hobi nodded and took out his phone.

It rang for a few seconds before Namjoon picked it up.

"Hello." His voice was low on the speaker. It must be nearly 9 pm there of the previous day.

"Namjoon-ah when are you coming back?" Jin asked him.

"Our flight leaves tomorrow." He replied. Jungkook felt relieved that his Namjoon Hyung was coming back.

"Our flight?" Taehyung asked, he was confused at this and so were the others.

"My cousin will be coming with me. With Samchon gone she has no one here and she is only eighteen I can't leave her here. I will tell you all the details when I come back. Take care guys."

And the line went dead.

"Wait what?" Jimin exclaimed.
