Chapter Eleven

Jadeline was very confused when she woke up. Her bed felt bigger than normal, the quilt smelled really nice and the mattress was too soft. But after sometime she remembered where she was. She was in Seoul at her cousin's home. She checked the time it was 7: 00 am, so it was fairly early. Instead of going back to sleep she decided to wake up and start the day early. She heard some voices coming from the hallway. Others must have also woken up.

She felt hungry so she did not bath and decided to eat breakfast in her pyjamas itself. She brushed her teeth and opened her door to go out but froze immediately when she saw a man in front of her. Oh my God he was only in his boxers! Her eyes widened. She tried to look away after she saw his naked chest but she could not. When her gaze met his she realised it was Jungkook. He was standing at his door only in black boxers. Wow, he had abs. His fans definitely knew what the real deal was if they were stanning him. Jadeline had never seen abs in real life. They kinda looked nice. Jadeline stop staring. She admonished herself.

Jungkook was panicking, to say the least. When Taheyung called his name Jungkook opened his door to reply to him. He had completely forgotten about the new addition to their home. He wanted to shut the door the instant she came out of her room but he could not think.

Jadeline looked down at her feet when she heard him gasp and sprinted downstairs without even looking back once. She could feel her heated face. She passed Taehyung on her way down, he had a confused expression on his face when he saw her hurriedly going from there and Jungkook slamming his door shut.

"Good morning Jadeline." She was greeted by Hoseok when she came to the kitchen.

"Good morning Hoseok-ssi." Jadeline replied politely. She still felt flustered.

"Stop being so formal Jadeline. You call Namjoon, Oppa so please call us all Oppa as well. Ssi seems very formal." He said, giving her a smile.

Jadeline smiled back. Hoseok was kind to her. She liked him.

"What do you all usually eat for breakfast?" Jadeline asked, she wanted to know them better.

"Usually we eat anything which can be made easily and takes less time because time is something we are always short on. But when we have time we make a good full breakfast including rice and meat." He answered her.

He was putting slices of bread in the toaster. After putting jam and fresh cream on them he was setting them aside in different plates.

"Rice and meat for breakfast?" People ate such things in breakfast? These things were meant to be eaten for lunch or dinner.

"Yes. I forgot you lived in the States. It is very common here to eat these for breakfast."

He called out everyone's names when he was done with making the sandwiches.

One by one the kitchen started to get filled. Everyone came down wearing fresh set of clothes, ready to start the day.

Jadeline felt a little uncomfortable in her sleepy attire.

"Hello Jaejae." Namjoon came and patted her head.

"Don't call me Jaejae, Oppa." Jadeline whined loudly.

Jimin and Taehyung started to laugh.

"He calls you Jaejae that is so adorable." Jimin said still laughing.

Jadeline scowled at him.

"I have been calling her this since we were kids. She has always hated it which makes me love it." Namjoon explained and took a seat on the table.

Jungkook came downstairs last. As soon as he came and sat across from Jadeline she felt her face become red again. Jungkook also tried to see anywhere but at her. He could not embarrass himself further in front of her. God, why could he not be like Jimin Hyung with the ladies? Women always gravitated more towards Park Jimin because of his easy going and open personality and of course his beautiful smile helped as well. It was like whenever Park Jimin smiled the whole world stopped and stared for a while.

"So what are your plans for today Jadeline?" Taheyung asked.

"I am thinking of unpacking some of my clothes today."

"Maybe we should get a bookshelf for your room." Namjoon said thoughtfully. This was definitely suspicious. Why was he being so sweet this early in the morning to her?

"That is very nice of you Oppa. But how about you tell me what you want from me first." Jadeline said.

She gave a sweet fake smile to him. Calling him out for whatever it is that he was playing at.

"This one is very smart Namjoon." Yoongi also smiled. He had the cutest gummy smile.

"Well you know how initially we were planning that you would move to your college dorms after you took admission...."

"Yes, and?"

"So we all discussed and thought it would be best if you didn't."

"What? But why?" Jadeline thought this had be the plan all along. She would stay with them for a few days maybe weeks and then move to the dorms and out of their busy lives.

"Jadeline its just that if you were to shift it would become very difficult for you to meet Namjoon because you know we can't just walk out in public randomly. We aren't normal people no matter how much we wished we were." Yoongi said. There was a sense of longing and sadness in the way he ended the sentence.

"And I don't want you to adjust in a completely different country on your own. I want to be there for you." Namjoon added. Jadeline understood where they were coming from. And she could not be more grateful for a cousin like Namjoon than she already was. It was like he was a blessing sent to her during such a difficult time in her life.

"Okay but next semester I will move to the dorms if I feel my being here is meddling in your schedules or anything." Jadeline agreed but put added her own condition to it.

"Sure done." Namjoon said and gave her a big smile.

"Jadeline how about you unpack tonight." Jin told her.

"Why?"

"Because today you will get to hang out with the seven most amazing people in all of South Korea nay the world. Today you will see how BTS spend their day." Jin informed her. He had such a proud and endearing smile at his face that Jadeline had to agree with him.
