Three weeks in Seoul were better than Jadeline had expected. Yes, she cried herself to sleep some nights. Yes, she missed her Dad. Yes, she could not read the menu written in Hangul at the Café downstairs. Yes, she felt butterflies in her stomach every time she felt his presence around her. Yes, she had started college two days ago. Yes, she had weirded people out in her college with her foreign-ness or whatever. But all in all Seoul felt more and more like Home with every passing day.

The members had fallen into a comfortable routine around her. They went to work in the morning while she stayed back to explore the neighbourhood and just get to know the place a little. They would come back at different times according to their own personal schedules. Jadeline came to know that some of them were also songwriters and producers for the group, some were working on their solo music simultaneously and some like Jin liked to cook to release stress. So everyone had their own timing of coming back home although they usually all left together in the morning.

Jadeline had applied to college two weeks ago and got the acceptance letter a few days ago. Namjoon got very excited when they received the letter in the mail. Although he knew she would qualify for admission but he made a big deal out of it and treated everyone for ice creams that night. His genius cousin was going to study Math at University how could he not brag about it to everyone he knew?

Yoongi messed up her hair while congratulating her and honestly she felt like a kid again with all the attention and praise they gave her. She felt as if she came back home with a trophy and her Dad hyped her up just like he always did.

When they got to know that her major would be Math all of them had a different reaction. Namjoon and Hoseok felt proud. Yoongi and Jimin gave her an appreciative nod while Jin, Taehyung and Jungkook laughed loudly at it.

"Who studies Math willingly?" Taehyung asked, still laughing.

"I do." Jadeline pouted and crossed her arms.

She felt good being busy for a change. Studying was something she had always loved so going back to it was a happy and fulfilling experience for her. But the only thing she hated was the route she had to take for University. She had to take a cab from the apartment till the bus stand. She could not take the bus from near the apartment directly to University because of the fear of getting caught near the boys' apartment. She hated all the secrecy. But Namjoon, Yoongi and Jin had made her sit down with them to explain to her how important secrecy was. She could not disclose anything related to them at University because people might want to harm her if they got to know. She was smart enough to take a good advice when she got one.

Today was like any other day at University except she had a person to talk to during class breaks. His name was Luke and he was an exchange student from Canada. He was in her class and sat right behind her in Advanced Calculus. She was surprised to see him again. She had met him once in California in a Math Competition a year ago. It felt good to see a familiar face from her old life.

They walked together to the bus stop, chatting all the way there.

"So, you still did not tell me where you are living at the moment." Luke said.

Jadeline tried to quickly make something up and cursed herself for not being better prepared for this.

"Um, I am living with my Great Aunt. She is old and single and lives alone so I thought to shift here with her. You know like this both of us got company." Jadeline knew her hand movement were going wild while explaining all this, she did that when she lied or was trying to hide something. But Luke did not know that.
