Foundation & Concealer
Bright Winter skin is neutral-cool with pink undertones. Its appearance is clear and pale. Darker skins have a glowy, almost glassy shine to it.

Your foundation and concealer are best when they are natural, smooth and pink-based.

Avoid peachy and yellow-based foundations which have warm undertones and will clash with your naturally cooler complexion.

Colours: cream, light neutral beige, pale neutral beige, fresh beige, dark espresso, deepest black.

Bronzer & Highlighter
Bronzer won't come in handy for Bright Winters as it is a makeup product that brings out a golden warmth which your season simply does not possess.

So steer clear from bronzers as they will look off on you.

If you want to add some highlights to your skin, use a cool highlighter instead. It will add some shimmer without the golden tones of a bronzer.

Eyeshadow
Neutral eyeshadow colours are the whites, greys, taupes and icy pastel colours on the palette.

For highlight and accent eyeshadow colours, lean towards the brighter, darker colours on your palette.

Your eyes are very bright and contrasting, which means that your makeup should be too. But make sure that you don't overdo it. Your colours are intense colours, so make sure you don't overdo it and make it look like a clown.

Also make sure that you don't go too dark with your eye makeup. Anything dark on you will look out of place, especially since your season is influenced by the lighter Spring season.

Avoid very warm yellow-based colours as well as muted colours. Both will clash with your bright appearance.

Colours: lemon, champagne, apricot, pink, icy violet, grey, slate, pewter, mocha, spruce, mint, plum, icy purple, icy blue, icy green, umber, dark grey, mulberry, dark plum, admiral blue, emerald green, forest green.

Mascara
As a Winter, your best colour of mascara is black. Other colours just won't look as good because Bright Winters need contrast and intensity. This means that colours like dark grey simply won't do you justice as it won't be intense enough.

But especially stay away from warm browns, which will clash with your cool eyes.

Colours: black.

Eyeliner
If you want to, opt for bright eyeliner, simply because you can! Navy, purple and grey are all great choices.

Colours: teal, dark blue, soft black, dark grey, navy, purple.

Blush
The perfect blush shade will depend on your natural skin tone, so a little trial and error will be required here.

But generally, Bright Winter blush is a pink or coral. Don't go too peachy.

Avoid very warm oranges and reds that will clash with your cool appearance.

Colours: plum, Marsala, coral, light berry red, pale raspberry, hibiscus, pale berry, mulberry.

Lipstick
Your choices for lipsticks are bright! From fuchsia to purple, these are not shy colours.

But even though these colours are not "subtle" and they may seem like a bold choice at first glance, don't be afraid. They will look very natural on you and not attention-grabbing in the slightest.

Again, make sure to avoid dark colours, warm oranges and yellow-based reds: such as brick red. Nude lips are also not great on you because they lack the intensity that you need.

Colours: hot pink, strawberry, true red, ruby, plum, fuchsia, vivid lilac, purple, magenta, cherry red, raspberry.
