Foundation & Concealer
Your foundation and concealer is at their best when they have a satin finish: not too shiny, not too matte and have golden undertones.

Make sure that you avoid dewy and radiant finishes as they don't go well with your muted colouring.

Colours: light neutral beige, pale neutral beige, ivory, medium neutral beige, latte.

Bronzer & Highlighter
Lucky for you, bronzer actually brings out the warmth in your complexion and lightens up your appearance.

But as a Soft Autumn, you can't handle too much shimmer and warmth. So avoid the orangey tones which are more for the True Autumns, and the burnt red tones meant for the Dark Autumns. Soft Autumn bronzer is a pinker, dustier bronze or a golden peanut shade.

You can use bronzer both as contour and brow bone colour. Instead of bronzer you can use a slightly darker powder than your foundation.

Make sure to blend your bronzer in really well. Harsh lines can be quite obvious on a soft season, (Soft Summer and Soft Autumn.)

Apart from the overly warm and dark shades, make sure that you avoid bronzers that are too shimmery as these can easily overwhelm your gentle colouring.

Colours: dusky pink, golden peanut, dark golden peanut.

Eyeshadow
Much thanks to their softness, Soft Autumn colours actually glow in the more neutral shades of eyeshadows. You have a wide variety of: beiges, taupes, khakis and browns to choose from.

But there are also plenty of highlight and accent shadow choices to choose from too. Soft reds, pinks, purples, blues and greens as well as bronze are great colourful options.

When selecting shadows, make sure to keep them on the matte side as any bit of shimmer can easily overwhelm your gentle, muted appearance.

Avoid true black and icy colours, which are too harsh and too cool for your appearance. You will look clownish if you wear brightly coloured and warm eyeshadows, so avoid them at all costs.

Colours: ivory, soft apricot, light beech, khaki, olive green, espresso, rosewood, royal purple, royal blue, soft ocean, fern green, sea green, lemon, champagne, apricot, peach, brown, bronze, grey green, moss, olive, warm grey, purple.

Mascara
Black is a harsh colour on you since you are a more muted season. Instead, you should choose mascara in soft brown or warm grey tones. But make sure that the colour isn't too rich.

Colours: soft dark brown, soft warm grey.

Eyeliner
Your eyeliners come in brown shades as well as green shades. Green shades can make your eyes stand out even more, (especially if you have even the slightest bit of green in them!) But be careful because a lot of eyeliners tend to be too rich or too warm for your gentle appearance.

If you can't find the right shade of eyeliner for you, you should swap it out for some eye powder instead.

Colours: fern green, sea green, coffee brown, dark olive, dark brown, moss, coffee, brown.

Blush
Your blush colours need to reflect the softness of your natural colouring. Choose warm, soft colours like peachy pinks or russets. Take your time to make mistakes, use a bit of trial and error until you find the perfect one. Since Soft Autumn doesn't have much saturation, the wrong colour can look pretty obvious on you.

Look for blushes with light shimmer, not too sparkly.

Since your colouring is quite gentle, make sure to blend your blush in really well.

Colours: soft pink, terracotta, soft peach, salmon, pale russet, rusty pink, spiced peach, cinnamon.

Lipstick
Soft Autumn colours usually tend to be more on the neutral side of the scale. From the huge range of warm, golden colours, such as: beige and peachy pinks to choose from, so you will definitely be able to find a lipstick shade that replicates your natural lip colour almost perfectly.

But if and when you're looking for a more dramatic lip, choose the more reddish, brown colours from your selection, like russet.

Opt for a matte finish, as shiny finishes and shimmer can overwhelm your muted appearance.

Avoid extremely bright as well as overly cool colours such as: raspberry, fuchsia and magenta.

Colours: soft pink, terracotta, pale brick red, brick red, soft peach, russet, spiced peach, nutmeg, mahogany, brick red.
