Foundation & Concealer
True Winter skin is cool with blue undertones which means that your foundation and concealer are best when they are matte and pink-based, rather than shiny finishes and a yellow-base. Typically get your foundation and concealer in beige shades.

Make sure to avoid yellow and peachy tones which have warm undertones and will clash with your naturally cool complexion.

Colours: palest true beige, pale true beige, cameo beige, palest cool olive, cool rose beige, deepest cool black.

Bronzer & Highlighter
Bronzer wasn't created for complexions like yours, because bronzer is meant to bring out the golden warmth that your complexion doesn't have, or has very rare of. So make sure that you stay away from bronzers as they will simply look off on you.

If you want to add some highlights to your skin, use an icy highlighter instead. It will add some shimmer without the golden tones of a bronzer.

Eyeshadow
Neutral shadow colours are the whites, greys, taupes and icy pastel colours on the palette. As a Winter, you can also experiment with black for a more dramatic look.

For highlight and accent shadow colours, opt for the purples, blues and cool greens on your palette. And make sure to choose clean, cool shades. Matte, frosted finishes tend to look the best on you.

Avoid warm, shimmery and metallic eyeshadows. Gold and bronze are not winter colours, therefore would not look great on you.

Colours: chiffon, icy pink, icy green, pewter, soft umber, deep grey, pale Byzantine, pale aubergine, indigo, dark cerulean, sea green, dark sea green, lemon, slate, cocoa, champagne, soft pink, spruce, aubergine, pearl, icy grey, grey.

Mascara
Since you are part of the Winter family, black mascara is your best option. Other colours just won't look as good on you because True Winter needs contrast and intensity. Often, even a dark grey won't be intense enough.

You should stay away from warm browns that will clash with your eyes, because you are a cool season.

Colours: black.

Eyeliner
Thankfully you don't have to just stick with black for the eyeliner too, as you have plenty of other options.

Your eyeliner colours include black, black-brown, very dark grey, dark navy and dark purples. Choose an eyeliner in a colour similar to your eyes to really bring them out.

Avoid light and bright colours that will do nothing to your cool eyes.

Colours: black, black-brown, very dark grey, dark navy, dark purple, soft black, navy, violet blue.

Blush
The perfect blush shade will depend on your individual skin tone and overall colouring. Some trial and error may be needed here.

But generally, True Winter blush is a cool rosy or crimson colour. You can also try some of the True Summer blushes if your natural appearance is not extremely high-contrast.

Avoid warm oranges and reds that will once again clash with your cool appearance.

Colours: amaranth, light magenta, pale mulberry, pale magenta, dark lilac, pale raisin, deep rose, soft fuchsia.

Lipstick
The best lip colours for True Winters are blue-based pinks and reds such as bubblegum pink and ruby red.

Some of these colours might seem a bit brave and bold at first glance, but they will really flatter your complexion and colouring. The colours will naturally mimic the intensity of your appearance.

Make sure that you avoid warm oranges and yellow-based reds such as brick red. Nude lips are also not great on you because they lack the intensity that you need.

Colours: bubblegum pink, deep mauve, dark orchid, ruby red, raspberry, boysenberry, plum rose, soft fuchsia, ruby, cerise.
