Foundation & Concealer
Foundation and concealer are best when they are in a matte or satin finish and yellow-based. Dewy or shiny finishes will look wrong on your muted complexion.

Avoid cool tones with blue undertones that will clash with your naturally warm complexion.

Colours: pale honey, light golden beige, warm golden beige, warm beige, golden bronze.

Bronzer & Highlighter
Bronzer is a great product for all Autumns, lucky you! It brings out a healthy, golden glow in your appearance.

The best bronzers for True Autumn are baked earth, dark tan, a more orange-brown type of gold.

Autumn is about low lighting. On a face, that means contour. Shadows go dark in True Autumn clothing, and so they should on the face.

You can use bronzer as both contour and brow bone colour. Instead of bronzer, you can also use a slightly darker powder than your foundation.

Interestingly, you can go quite a bit darker than you think and create bold shadow emphasis and once blended, it still looks normal.

Avoid bronzers that are too shimmery as these can overwhelm your muted appearance.

Colours: earthy red, dark gold, orange gold, dark tan.

Eyeshadow
Neutral eyeshadow colours are the beiges, khakis and browns as well as olive and golden shades on the colour palette.

For highlight and accent eyeshadow colours, opt for the oranges, reds, purples and greens from your palette.

When choosing eyeshadow, opt for an overall matte finish. You can also add a metallic highlight on your eyelid. Just be careful not to overdo it and blend it out with a matte eyeshadow.

But make sure to avoid glitter and shimmer finishes as well as cool and blue-based eyeshadow colours.

Colours: ivory, apricot, beech, dark russet, brown, dark khaki, aubergine, royal blue, teal blue, yellow moss, pine green, dark sea green, pea green, moss, melon, champagne, light gold, bronze, spruce, khaki, purple, grey green.

Mascara
As a warm and soft season, black is not tolerated by your colouring. Instead, choose mascara in warm dark brown (or even warm grey) tones.

You can also try a dark purple mascara if you're feeling colourful.

Colours: dark brown, warm grey, aubergine.

Eyeliner
Eyeliner colours are similar to mascara, with addition of more colourful shades and teal blue and fern green. Choose an eyeliner in a colour similar to your eyes to make them POP.

Again, avoid black since it's too extreme for your colourings. Your darkest colours are dark olive and dark brown.

Colours: teal blue, fern green, dark olive, dark brown, moss, brown.

Blush
Blush colours for this season are best when they are warm salmon or coppery colours. Depending on the depth of your skin tone, you can go darker towards the red/brown end of the palette.

Avoid pink and blue-based blush tones that are too cool for your warm colouring. And make sure that your blush is not overly shimmery.

Colours: salmon, berry red, blush red, orange, pale brick red, burgundy, spice, terracotta.

Lipstick
Just like your blush, lipstick colours are a range of oranges and reds. Lipsticks are best when they have a slight golden shimmer.

Colours: blush red, berry red, pale brick red, red, burgundy, dark brick, brick red, terracotta, cinnamon, pecan, copper.
