The raven method

So in this part, I will be going over the raven method.
The raven method is where you count to 100 in your mind. In between each number you say a positive affirmation. For example like, One, I am shifting. Two, I am shifting to (insert dr) three, I am a master shifter, four, I am at (insert dr) five, I am with (insert dr person) etc.   there are many more affirmations to say as well! If you want another part to see more affirmations, just contact me or comment! for the raven method, you will be laying down on your back or stomach with your legs and arms spread out with no limbs touching. Like a literal star ⭐️. It can be really hard to do and not get your numbers confused, so I might recommend a guided meditation with counting to help you keep focus. This is a sleep method, which means you fall asleep after you do this method and wake up in your dr. This and the pillow method are the most simple to write (lol) and easiest to understand overall. That's about it for the raven method that I can think of! I'm going to do the pillow method next! I personally use the raven method and the pillow method and the Julia method together!
