OK so this is basically about actually is the closest that I think I've got an actually shifting. So basically what I did is i took a shower and a bath bomb and just pampered myself with all that kind of stuff. Then what I did is I went to my bed and I organize my room and did all my homework. Also make sure you hydrate! That's one of the most important things you need to do. Also make sure that you maybe done something that makes you happy or makes you grateful kind of. Then what I did was I went and I did a meditation, I really need to link it hold on I'm probably gonna post like a screenshot of the picture of this chapter so go and look at that. Anyways so then what I did was that meditation obviously so I can get my vibrations high so that it will help me shift. Then I put on some affirmations can I just visualize my dr and all that sort of stuff. Then I did the raven method, the pillow method the piano method and the Alice and wonderland method. so basically I did them all but I kind of just like took my time and relaxed . I listened to some positive affirmations, and overall just did what I wanted to do. I also visualized Hogwarts which is where I shift and I made sure that I included everything that I wanted to happen. I felt my arms being like held, which I scripted that I will wake up next to Harry Potter I felt my hands being held. Then I started to feel really heavy and then my leg started itch so bad but then I ignored it and I heard my name being called by a girl I'm pretty sure it was hermine but I don't know. Then what I did was I like kind felt like someone poking my shoulder but then my heart started to race and I got really scared so I open my eyes and I was still my room but I'm pretty sure if I could've like not been so scared I would've definitely fully shift that night.
