This is by far one of my favorites, however it is a little hard to comprehend. So basically what you do is you first Imagine a train station. Make sure of that you really visualize the train station take in what floors and walls and how they look. Make sure that they're also are a Lotta people too. visualize all those people. And at the end or wherever you want to make sure that you can see a piano. You can imagine the piano to be however you want it to be pink and purple it could be huge It can be small it doesn't matter just think about them how do you want them to be. Then what you need to do is you need to be able to imagine you were playing the piano to one of your favorite songs. What I do is I put on the song wonder because I feel like I can really connect to my personal DR. Then I imagine you're playing whatever song is on the piano. Once you are done imagine all those people in the train station I clapping and looking at you while you finish playing the song. Then I have one of your characters from your DR go to your piano and bring you to a separate hallway. In the hallway there should be a bunch of different doors doesn't matter how they look. you are looking forA door that is brown and has a cold and handle it doesn't matter the shape of the handle. Then go into that room with the key that your DR person gave you. Once you walk into the room it should be all white. Then just kind of wait until you see a flashing light it doesn't matter if it's a very bright flashlight just make sure that there's some sort of flashlight and then you should be able to wake up and do your DR. This is a new sleep method which is quite important that you were able to focus and make sure that you are in your DR. I will next do the Alice in wonderland method!
