"Brook, are you'll be okay in a pool with a bunch of shirtless guys?" Parker asked me, grabbing the sunscreen.
"I'll try to survive." I said, pulling my shorts and crop top on over my bikini. I started braiding my hair. Parker pulled a shirt out from his suitcase and started lathering sunscreen all over his body.
"Parker," I said. Parker looked up, sunscreen dripping off of his hand.
"Uh, we're not in the Bahamas." Parker rolled his eyes.
"I don't want to come back with a tan." Parker said and continued lathering sunscreen.
"Well could you hurry up? The boys are probably already at the pool."
"I'm done. Geesh."
---
The door to the pool was unlocked and when we walked inside we were blasted with chlorine. I scanned the room quickly, looking for the guys. There were deck chairs and white tables, a towel rack, and a sign that read: WARNING! Do not dive.
Someone had dumped a phone, room key, and MagCon sweatshirt on a nearby chair. I recognized them as Jack G.'s stuff and looked around for the boys. Where were they?
Parker nudged me, noticing my confusion, and pointed to the deepest end of the pool. There, sitting under the water were the boys. No wonder I had missed them.
"What do you think they're doing?" As soon as the words left Parker's mouth one of the dark shapes shot up.
"Dammit! I always lose." Nash shouted, slapping his fists on the water.
"A breath holding contest? None of you stand a chance against me. I was in choir for six years!" Parker said, peeling his shirt of and sliding into the pool. Aaron was next to pop up then Cameron, Matt, Carter, and then Taylor. Once Taylor saw me he hopped out of the pool, wrapping a towel around his waist.
"There you guys are, I was wondering if you were coming." Aaron said, waving. Taylor walked over to me, his hair dripping into his face.
"So, wha-" Suddenly Cameron pulled back his arm and sent a spray of water in our direction. I jumped back.
"What the hell dude!" Taylor said, jumping back too. "Did he get you Brook?" I shook my head. Cameron continued to send a wall of water in Taylor's direction. Matt turned to Jack G. silently before turning back towards Taylor. Jack G. smirked as if he knew what Matt was thinking.
"You take the left, I'll take the right." Matt whispered. I smiled and stepped back.
"Wha-" Out of the corner my eye I saw both boys dash towards Taylor. They grabbed his arms, lifting him up and throwing him into the pool, towel and all. I burst out laughing, collapsing onto one of the pool chairs.
"I'm gonna kill you two!" Taylor snapped as he swam to the edge of the pool, his waterlogged towel weighing him down. Matt and Cameron hopped back in the pool, ignoring Taylor's string of curses.
"You coming in?" Parker asked, swimming over to the side.
"Yeah hold on a second," I quickly stripped my crop top and shorts. I folded them up and placed them on the nearest table. I cannonballed into the pool, splashing all of the boys. I felt the hairs my arms stand up as I sunk to the bottom. Bubbles rushed up around me as if I had jumped into a bottle of champagne. The pressure on my lungs released after I came up for air and took a deep breath.
"Surprise attack!" Someone shouted and dunked me into the water. After I struggled back to the surface and pulled the hair of my eyes. I whipped around, bumping into a smirking Carter.
"Jerk!" I said splashing him in the face. Carter just smiled and looked down at my bikini top. He winked at me. I smirked and swam closer to him. I trailed my hands down his bicep.
"You're soooooo strong..." I whispered. Carter's eyes widened and his lips parted slightly. Behind me Parker suppressed a laugh. I moved closer and wrapped my arm around Carter's neck. I ran my hand through his hair and Carter blinked rapidly. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Taylor clenching his jaw. The fact that he was hurt, killed me.
"But...I have bigger muscles and I'd love to kick your ass." Before Carter knew what was happening, I wrapped both of my arms around his neck and shoved him under the water with all my strength. When Carter came back up for air, he was greeted by a room full of laughter.
"Surprise attack." I said innocently. Taylor chuckled, obviously relieved that I hadn't made a move on Carter.
"Hey, where's the bathroom?" I asked the guys. No one answered me. "Guys!" Nine pairs of eyes turned towards me. "I have to pee."
"That's great, B. Why are you telling us this?" Parker asked.
"I don't know where the bathroom is."
Nash held up a hand. "Brook...Why didn't you pee in th-"
"Don't even finish that sentence. I will not pee in the pool!"
Taylor swam towards me. "I'll show you."
"Thank you," I said and shot everyone a glare. "At least someone's a gentleman." I swam towards the ladder and pulled myself out of the pool. I could feel the boy's stares burning into my back.
"Suck up." Jack J. said. I chuckled and dried myself off. Taylor climbed out of the pool, shaking his head like a wet dog.
"Hey!" Taylor flashed me a cheesy smile.
"It's uh, down the hall to right." I smiled at him and left the pool.
"Hey, Brooklyn." I turned. Standing in front of me was a tall boy with bright blues eyes and messy blonde hair. I instantly recognized him as Tobias, my ex-boyfriend.

Me: Did you know about him?
Parker: Totes, why?
Me: *glared intensely*
Parker: Ooooooh.
