Mikey's POV
"You've been hanging out with Mia a lot, what's going on?" Natalia said
"Nothing man she's just in a tough spot, she's going through a lot of shit right now and I'm just tryna be a supportive friend" I said
"Well maybe you should try being a supportive friend from afar, I mean what will everyone think if your hanging around her 24/7 and I'm just there letting it happen" Natalia said as I drove down the road since we were going to the mall then the movies
"You don't even know what she's going through" I said
"Oh believe me I do, and that's what she has her kids father for. He's the one that should be doing everything that your trying to do. You should be with me all the time every time I try to call you your busy with practice or your busy hanging out with her" Natalia said
"You didn't have a problem with me going to practice and stuff before plus you were always with your girls every time I tried to plan something with you now that I have a friend who actually wants to hang out with me you find that to be a problem" I said
"Well yeah because this friend is a female, how do I know she hasn't tried to make a move on you yet" Natalia said fixing her lipstick
"Because she hasn't she knows I'm in a relationship with you and she wouldn't cross the line like that now chill out because you sound jealous right about now" I said turning into the mall parking lot
"Whatever, just take me home I don't even want to go to the mall anymore" Natalia said
"Really, I don't get why your acting this way" I said starting the car up
Alycia's POV
Miami, Florida
"Alright so this should be good for now" I said to Davonte
We'd just got to Miami yesterday, I felt like people were getting a little too suspicious. Asking us all types of questions saying that the boys look very familiar and what not. Couldn't let them know that we had kidnapped them so why not move to another state.
"Okay so I got us new driver's licenses, your name is Lamar Olson and mines is Kendra fields. If anyone asks you why you moved just say that you got a better job offer and decided to take it, I'll say that I wanted to be closer to you and the boys that's why I moved also" I said
"Cool. Have you watched the news yet" Davonte said
"No, why" I said
"I can't really explain it but just turn to channel 6" Davonte said
I grabbed the remote from off the coffee table in the living room and turned to channel six
"Alright so it appears that there was a charm bracelet at the scene of the crime. We've ran some tests and are trying to determine who the bracelet belongs to but unfortunately nothing came up which definitely pushes us back a few steps. But you know the saying take 2 steps back just to take 15 steps forward. We'll get to the bottom of this, again if you know anything or have any information on these missing triplets please call the Florida police department, that's all for today folks" the news person said
I changed the channel to some cartoons for the boys although they didn't know what any of this stuff was yet
"How long we gonna be doing this, we been on the run for 5 months almost. How did we let it get this far" Davonte said
"I thought you said you hated her and plus you wanted to get revenge. This wasn't really my idea her baby daddy thought it would be a good idea for us to kidnap their kids, he been told me when she was first pregnant that he ain't want nothing to do with those kids and that they could ruin his career he said he had to do what was needed— I didn't pass up the offer so here we are" I said
"Yeah I know that I just didn't think we'd let it get this far, I thought you were joking when you told me that you needed my help kidnapping her kids when you sent me that text months ago before all this shit started. This is going too far Alycia and I can't keep doing this shit man it I had a daughter and somebody had kidnapped her I'd knock they fucking lungs into their damn chest. I'd be hurting bad as fuck she always told me how she wanted to be a mother and here I am helping you keep her kids hostage all because she broke your damn nose and because her baby father told you to do he could protect his career how does that shit sound" Davonte said
Mia's POV
The next day...
"Please tell me your joking Nahmir" I said to him as he stood near the staircase while I sat on the couch
"No. I'm not joking Mia, but that was before I realized that I wanted to be apart of their lives their the best thing that could've happened to me" Nahmir said
"Before or after you told your crazy ass girlfriend to kidnap them so your career wouldn't get ruined, how could you do this to me. Of all people I wouldn't have expected you, so all that stuff you said at the hospital about you wanting to be a father was bullshit huh?! Your a fucking joke Nahmir get out of my room and get out of my mom's house now I don't wanna see you anymore" I said
"Please Mia I'm sorry, your gonna always be mine I fucked up okay" Nahmir said trying to inch closer to me
"Yeah but after all the shit you've put me through you were never mine and I fucking hate you" I said
