Mia's POV (short)
5 months later...
After Nahmir told me that he was involved in a way but not to the full extent I completely cut him off when I told him I didn't want shit to do with him I meant that and I'm gonna stand by that. Since there hasn't been any activity from Alycia and anyone else who was involved the detectives made my children's case a cold case until more witnesses come forward or until they slip up and do something that'll expose their location. I feel like this is all my fault if I wouldn't have let my kids go to their fathers house none of this would've happened and my babies would still be with me their gonna be one years old in 3 more months and I can't fucking deal with that at all
Alycia's POV
Miami , Florida
"So where we moving to next" Davonte said closing his suitcase
"Eh I don't know, what about Atlanta" I said
"Yeah we can go there soon" Davonte said
"Alright. Well we're getting low on money and ain't nobody gonna hire a felon, so what we gonna do" I said to Davonte
"Already took care of that. I know a few people out here and their willing to hire us and pay us under the table. I told them that we just moved out here so everything is new to us and we don't have any of our papers yet" Davonte said
"Sounds cool to me, what're we gonna do about the boys though. I don't trust putting them in a daycare that could blow our whole cover" I said
"What about that friend of yours you said lived out here, get her to watch them I'm sure she wouldn't mind" Davonte said
"Your right I'm gonna text her right now and see what's up" I said
"Okay" Davonte said walking off towards the kitchen

- hey, I need a favor. Me and Davonte are starting a new job today in a few hours I was wondering if you could watch the boys for us
Kaylen
- yeah girl you know I gotchu. I'm gonna be over give me five minutes

- oh my gosh thank you so much girl

- no problem. Gotta get the bag by any means necessary
5 minutes later...
"Alright. So we're gonna be at work for about 7-8 hours, just please keep them safe" I said to Kaylen
"Alycia. Please don't tell me these them missing boys that people been talking about all over the news" Kaylen said
"Yeah they are but you can't tell anybody we'll both go to jail Kay" I said
"Yeah don't remind me but just because I'm your friend doesn't mean I'm not gonna tell you how fucked up this is, why are you doing this in the first place" Kaylen said
"Because their hood rat ass momma broke my fucking nose and two her baby father told me to do it, he ain't want them fucking up his career so I helped him out" I said
"Your so full of shit Alycia. Yeah I get that he wanted them out of his life and she punched you in the nose but that doesn't mean you take her fucking kids" Kaylen said
"Look are you gonna watch them or not Kay" I said
"Yeah I'll watch them" Kaylen said
"Good. Please don't let anything happen to them we're supposed to be moving again" I said
"Moving where" Kaylen said
"Atlanta but we're probably gonna stay here for a few months until we can save up some money to move there" I said
"Oh. You know I'm gonna miss you— your literally like my best friend out here everyone else fake as fuck" Kaylen said
"Yeah I know I promise I'll come visit once all of this shit cools down" I said
"I know. Now y'all go ahead to work don't want y'all be late on y'all first day" Kaylen said
"Thanks. We're working at this Deli under the table but if you need any of us just call" I said
"Will do" Kaylen said
After that me and Davonte grabbed our things and left
Mia's POV
"Hello" I said answering the phone
"Hi, detective springs we just got a call from someone who has some information about where your boys currently are. We've talked to the Miami police department and we're getting a lot of security to get your boys please be on the next flight to Miami as soon as possible" detective springs said before hanging up
I was so flustered I didn't know what to think I was finally gonna be reunited with me boys after 10 long months and it's before their 1st birthday ahh I'm so excited. I grabbed a few of my important things putting it in my small suitcase and heading to the airport, Miami here I come

Once I made it to Miami I was met with police
"We're the Miami police department and I'm detective Davis we talked to detective springs and everything has been handed to this jurisdiction we believe we have the exact location of your boys and the exact location of their kidnappers where do you wanna go first" detective Davis said
"Are my boys safe and are they with their kidnappers" I said
"No their kidnappers are at some local job we believe" detective Davis said
"Alright. I wanna see my boys please get their kidnappers" I said
"Not a problem ma'am. The address that was given to us is 1700 north Flores street" the detective said handing me a slip of paper
I left immediately so I could get my boys while the detectives handled everything else

I pulled up to a house with a front porch, I took a deep breath before walking up and knocking on the door after a while I was met with a young lady who had braces
