Moments

There are moments where you laugh
and you are full of fun.
But you always know that it's just the half
and in a second the moment will be gone.

You think the ending was caused by you,
that's why you are so afraid.
You think that everything is your fault too,
even if it's nothing someone ever said.

So you stay silent
and pretend you didn't care.
But your feelings are so violent
that all you can do is staring in the air.

Tears fill your eyes after a while,
because the joy of others hurts your heart.
But you try to be happy for them and smile
even if the destroyed piece of you is the bigger part.
