"Um, Raelynn, get your filthy hands off my boyfriend." Stacey seethed, pushing Raelynn back and wrapping Michael's arms around herself.

Unwillingly, Michael lets her, only because his focus is on Raelynn.

"C'mon babe, lets drop this bitch, then we can go to mine. Yeah?" Stacey smiled up at Michael.

"What did you call her?" The familiar robotic voice asked, making Raelynn secretly smile.

"Oh come on Mike. You're not really standing up for her?" Stacey laughed, rolling her eyes.

"She does not deserve to be treated like that, Stacey. Apologize." Michael ((his phone app)) demanded, walking over to Raelynn, who had her head hung low in embarrasment.

"No, it's fine Stacey. I'm alright. I know you never mean anything by it. And you don't have to give me a ride, I'll just call Ashton." Raelynn smiled.

But Michael saw more.

He is the, only, person who saw further in her eyes.

They held so much pain, and agony, he almost cried himself.

"Yeah, whatever. Babe, you coming?" Stacey tried to wink at Michael, although his full attention was on Raelynn.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm fine." Raelynn smiled.

'No, you're not.'

"I just love how romantic this movie is. Don't you?" Stacey asked, snuggling closer to Michael's side.

'I guess.'

"Yeah."

Before he knew it, obnoxious snores filled the room, making him pump.his fist up in victory.

'She's asleep.'

Slowly and carefully, Michael slips away from under Stacey and grabs his things, ready to leave.

But before he successfully opens the door and leaves, a high-pitched voice whines;

"Mikey, get back here and cuddle me."

"She said that?" Ashton gasped, looking at Raelynn with shock.

Raelynn only nodded, shrugging after.

"It's nothing new, really." She said, getting in a more comfortable position on Ashton's couch, which was in his house, which was where they were.

"What did Michael do." Ashton practically spat his name, but still kept a soft tone.

Raelynn smiles at the mention of his name.

And Ashton notices.

"He was being such a sweethart. He even told her to apologize and everything. He's such a cutie." Raelynn giggles, a nice giggle, and lays her hands on her lap.

"What's so special about him? I mean, he's not cool and he's not good looking." Ashton shrugged, trying to play it cool.

"Non of that matters Ashton. He could be the most un-attracive man in the universe and I'd still be madly in love with-"

Quickly, Raelynn stops, realizing what she said.

Ashton tenses, his heart breaking into a billion pieces, turning cold and mean.

"Love him? You love him? That's not even possible. He's a mute! A tight-liped! A silent!" Ashton yelled, trying to catch his breath.

Raelynn gasps at how rude Ashton was being, surprised at how the sweet and lovable boy could be so harsh.

"He is not any of those things! He's unique, fun, and a beautiful person. He's so fun and lovable, making all the bad things that go on fade away." Her words were only fueling his anger even more."Everything you're not!" Raelynn accidentally blurts.

The words just came shooting out, not letting Raelynn control them.

If it was possible, Ashton's heart broke even more, his anger fading away, and getting replaced by sadness.

"A-ashton, I'm," Raelynn tried to speak, but she couldn't find the right words.

"It's fine." Ashton whispered, his eyes not daring to look at Raelynn's.

"No, Ashton, it's really not." Raelynn mumbled, grabbing his large hands in her small and soft ones. "I am incredibly and horribly sorry. You don't know how bad I feel."

"But you meant it." Ashton looked up at Raelynn, showing hurt and sadness in his hazel eyes.

"No, I didn't. I was angry at you for saying those things about Michael, I didn't think about what I was saying. You're loveable, sweet, and a good person. I didn't mean it at all. I'm sorry," Raelynn whispered, placing her palm on Ashton's cheek, earning a smile from him.

It soon faded, sadly.

"Did you... did you mean it when you said you loved him?" Ashton's voice was soft, showing only a hint of sadness.

Raelynn wondered, for a long time, but Ashton stayed quiet and patient.

"No."

But she knew it was a lie.
