After discussing and telling the duo a bit more about Vongola itself. Taiyo then let them have a lunch break, Kaito had asked to eat separately from the famiglia and if allowed get somewhere no ears can reach so that he and his partner can share some conversations privately. The don easily agreed to the term.

Then again, he never said a thing about his member to knocks on their door.

Slowly opening the door, Conan was greeted with a sight of huge snake and Tsuna.

"Didn't we specifically asked for some peace?" the magician cocked a brow.

"To the don, yes" The boy grinned cheekily. "Besides, aren't you glad that I didn't spill the beans?"

"As you should?"

The little hacker rolled his eyes playfully. Yet the mini-detective caught on how the fellow shrunked seemed to put weight over his pet more than necessary. His skin is rather pale and slightly flushed as well, although the boy doesn't seem to be willing to admit it.

Conan couldn't find himself ignoring the signs.

Sighing internally he said, "Have a seat first, shall we? then we can continue our conversation."

Honestly, Kaito was not expecting his look alike to say so since he was the one that's keen to have the lunch separated with the rest of them. The magician did not question it, however. Afterall, Trust is all they have for each other at the moment. And he was glad that he did, late to realize how bad the small mafiosi seemed.

《Fever?》

《Doesn't matter. He didn't brought it up. Let's just hear what he need to say first》Kaito silently agrees.

"So, Tsunayoshi. What's there to discuss?" Kaito asked, cross legged on the bed. Letting his KID persona slips since the boy already know anyway.

"Nothing much, Mygale here just wanted to say hi"

they both raised a brow each, "Mygale?"

The brunet just pats the python's head with a fond smile whereas the reptile hissed happily.

"I, uh..." Honestly the mini-detective is taken a back at that reasoning.

"Hi, Mygale!" Kaito greeted the python, no sweat.

The snake snuggled against the magician, and the white suited teen doesn't seem to have hard time to return the gesture. It's hard for the other two not to sweatdrops really.

"Anyway, is that all, Tsunayoshi-san?" Conan asked, tilting his head a bit by force of habit.

"Kind of"

"Kind of?"

Tsuna hums, "I mean, you were rather freaked out after leaving the meeting room earlier"

'ah, so he noticed' the two thought at the same time.

"Isn't it normal?" Kaito casually replied.

"Expected, yes" The brunet retorted.

"But you don't want us to be" Conan follows up. "Tsunayoshi-san, you have my mother" the heisei holmes said bluntly.

The hacker shrugs, "Honestly it's for a protection matter if anything. She's rather too similar to a certain Assassin we're starting to get well known of. Does Vermouth ring a bell?"

There's a shift of breathing pattern on the duo at the mention, "Ah, so you did your homework as well, Hacker-san~" Kaito said in sing song tune but not facing the shrunken sky.

"Of course I did" Tsuna said, not intending the shakiness in his words. then again, maybe he should get going now, he's said what he needed to say.

Yet as he get his feet back on the ground, the world seems to swirl for him and he almost tripped again had it not for Conan who anticipated it.

"Don't struggle, okay?" The detective said carefully to his ear. "We'll call for help. Just have a bit of rest here. We're not going to harm you" Honestly he wasn't sure himself as of why he felt so protective over a possible enemy— afterall, he's not yet deciding whether stepping into the grey area is ever necessary.

Alas, he did.

And judging from how fast Kaito launched himself outside, seeking the said help, Conan knows that he's not the only one.

'Shit. He's burning up' he gulped thickly. "Stay with us, okay, Tsunayoshi-san?" Conan encouraged as he hold the frail body firmly.

"Tsuna..." the boy mutters in between his heavy pants. "Tsunayoshi is too mouthful" he chuckled softly before then flinching over a headache.

"Alright, Tsuna. it'll be okay."

And just as soon he said so, the door swung open with Ryohei and a pissed Reborn.

'This brat' The hitman take a mental note to drill the importance of taking care of oneself to his moronic partner.

"Ryohei" The Arcobaleno Sun silently ordered as the silver-haired man nods. Gently picking up his former teacher's body, they then left the room, not before saying their gratitude for notifying them. The duo just nods.

"Ne, Lupin" Conan obnoxiously called.

"Right. So, it wasn't just me" The magician pursed his lips.

Was it their strong sense of justice acting up? Or, was the strange attachment actually caused by something else?

At least, they have another half an hour to wonder on the matter.

Meanwhile with Tsuna, he was instantly brought to his own room. his elements are called. Reborn being the first one present instantly lit up his flame to help on calming the brunet.

His fever spiked, body aching badly, and some type of medicine has been listed as lethal for the tiny sky. Therefore, they've thought of the most efficient way to handle the situation. Which is by letting his elements around. it'll trigger his own Sky flames that will naturally heal him from the inside.

It was only a theory at first, but at the scene unfolds before him, The sun Arcobaleno by his side— he was evidentally more calm than when Ryohei carried the brunet in his arm— The head medic wanted to believe the theory.

"Calm down, idiot. I'm here. You'll be fine, okay?" Reborn said to the semi-conscious hacker.

Tsuna's line of sight went in and out and honestly his body felt cold as if shutting down. Luckily enough after a short while he could feel some of the warmth again, gradually building up and finally he stopped shaking as relief could be seen on his flushed-tired face.

"Rest well, our sky. Your elements are here to protect you" —was what he lastly heard before succumbing to the bliss of the numbing darkness.
