Megakat went west, unfolding his dragon wings and flying. And Sirpaw raced north, running as fast as his tiny paws could carry him.

Then there was Whisperlime. Alright, just gotta keep my eyes peeled for broken-down, abandoned buildings. She slowed down to better observe her surroundings. As she was walking, she eventually found an abandoned building. Score! Whisperlime thought, running towards it. She climbed over the broken down wood and moss-covered stone, searching the building throughoutly, but found no sign of phantoms.

Well, I shouldn't have expected to find the phantom base on the first try. Whisperlime hauled herself out of the rubble and continued down the eastern Dylinville path, when she saw a black speck.

Is that a... Whisperlime got a little closer, and saw a tentacles coming out of the speck, along with a single large eye. "Phantom!" Whisperlime exclaimed. The phantom suddenly turned around, staring at her in fear. It took off into the woods.

"Wait, come back!" Whisperlime called to the phantom, chasing after it

"Wait, come back!" Whisperlime called to the phantom, chasing after it. It looked like a young phantom, so Whisperlime caught up to it relatively quickly. It was a dark purple phantom, with a dead flower crown on. "Stop!" Whisperlime called to the phantom. "No, go away!" It responded. It's voice sounded feminine. Then, it shot into a large hole in the ground.

Whisperlime skidded to a stop and peered into the hole. She saw the little phantom disappear into the darkness of the hole, heading into a tunnel. Whisperlime wasted no time. She ran and grabbed the longest vine she could find and tested it to see if it supported her weight, then tied one end to a nearby stump and threw the other end down the hole.

Before she entered, she lifted up purple gemstone necklace "Message Group: I think I found the base! Come to the northeastern side of Dylinville and head into the woods. There should be a large hole in the ground with a vine rope going down into it." Whisperlime waited for the necklace to glow, then headed down into the hole. She blinked a couple of times, adjusting her eyes to the darkness, and raced into the hole the little phantom went into.

Whisperlime ran through the tunnels, occasionally bumping into clumps of dirt and roots. She ran for a little bit longer until she found a light shining from the end of the tunnel. Whisperlime gradually slowed down as she neared the end of the tunnel and poked her head around the corner.

What she saw inside of the cave were lots of phantoms, at least 90, each were doing something. Some were playing games, others were doing some sort of battle training by zapping a wooden board shaped as a bunny, and some were sitting on a couch made of stone and moss.

Whisperlime gasped, looking at how well built everything was. The walls were carved beautifully from stone, and there was even wooden flooring! She looked to the right and saw the little phantom she saw earlier, floating at the edge of the crowd. Whisperlime lifted up the necklace again and whispered.

"Message group: The phantom base is definitely here. Head into the middle tunnel then turn right, and make sure to stay quiet." The gemstone glowed, showing that the message was sent. Whisperlime slumped down and sighed. All I have to do now is wait for the others. She thought.

Whisperlime watched the phantoms, not aware of the one coming from behind her. Suddenly, tentacles wrapped around Whisperlime's neck. She shrieked, struggling to get out of the phantom's grip. Whisperlime quickly reached under her hat and grabbed one of her extra arrows.

She thrust the arrow into the the tentacle wrapped around her neck. The phantom screeched in pain, gripping the tentacle that Whisperlime had stabbed. Having nowhere else to go, she ran into the room where all the phantoms were, dodging as many as she could, but one grabbed her tail and pulled her back. "Let go of me!" Whisperlime screeched in fury, twisting and wriggling with all her might. "Definitely not." The phantom holding her said, glancing at the phantom that she had stabbed. A few other phantoms had come to help it, one carrying a bandage roll. The phantom turned back to Whisperlime.

She tried to reach for her arrows again, but this time the phantom zapped her before she could reach them. It was suddenly harder for her to move, and she felt tired. The phantom holding her down called to another one. "Could you take her to the prison?" The phantom holding her down asked. "Sure." The other phantom grabbed Whisperlime and took her to the back of the cave, then threw her into a metal cage. Thankfully the others are coming soon, or else I'd be in real trouble. Whisperlime tried to comfort herself. She just had to wait it out.
