Julian POV

Jask smiled to Geralt a little wider. He felt a little more confident in himself. In the part he had hidden away from world and tried to protect everyone form and he showed it to Geralt, who accepted it and didn't mind. If anything, he was very supportive about it. Jask found himself grinning to Geralt before he had to force his heart not to skip a fucking beat at Geralts nickname for him. Or was it temporary? He didn't know but he was not complaining. He felt a small blush rise to his cheeks, enough to be noticeable as he looked down, bashful at the fact he had chosen Love of anything to call him.

Jask gave Geralts hav a small squeeze before half attempting to pull the man down, either way he still went onto his tippy toes and placed a kiss on the high of Geralts checkbone with a bashful look still in his eyes. Was this man trying to make him fall in love with him all over again?

He looked to Avocado who had made wise use of his time by rolling in the mud to drench himself. Roach was seemingly trying to tell him off. Almost in a way that looked like she was telling him she would not be licking fur that dirty. Jask couldn't help but give a light laugh at Avocado which got his attention and instead he looked to Jask who returned the look sternly. "Avocado, I swear--if you- and you're doing it- oh okay- haha that makes it fair." he said with a laugh as Avocado stood up and thoroughly smoothed over his legs and rubbed up, putting wet mud all over his pants at half way down his half and below. His shoes were muddy as they were so he was not too fussed about that but when he headed for Geralt, he didn't tug on the lead and instead let the small fluff ball with a light chuckle. Looks like they were all going to be having a bath when they got home. Could they even fir lal of them in the shower or bath? Or perhaps Roach and Geralt take the bath and He and Avocado could take the shower. They'd figure it out later on.

Jask looked to Geralt, his eyes softening as he looked to him with admiration. This man. He thought. This man is the man I will always love. There was no changing that fact in his mind.

Geralt POV

Jask's blush was still attractive, Geralt wasn't going to deny that. The fact that he was the one who had made Jask blush, him, of all people, was enough to make something akin to pride flow through him. He couldn't quite explain it.

He accepted the kiss against his cheekbone willingly, then looked to the cat when Jask did. Wonderful. That thing was a menace, no matter how sweet Avocado acted when he wanted something. Geralt might be fond of the cat, he did not have to like it. The cat, or that he was fond of the cat.

The mud, though, he didn't mind. He needed to change anyways, the mud was incentive. Instead, he let go of Jask's hand and wrapped his wrist through Roach's lead. Then he crouched down, careful to keep only his feet touching the ground, and hesitantly stroked the cat's head. There was mud even there. It was some sort of miracle that none had managed to get into Avocado's eyes yet.

He could feel Jask giving him soft eyes, and this time around, didn't mind quite so much. Geralt stroked his fingertips through muddied fur one more time, then straightened and wiped his hand off on a clean section of his trousers. He reached a hand up to Jask's cheek again and lightly kissed the man, other hand sliding down over Jask's ribs and side to the man's hand. Geralt took it, then drew back. "C'mon," he murmured, slowly starting to walk again.

Julian POV

Jask had to hold bakc a laugh as he watched Geralt crouch down and start to pat the cat, mud smearing everywhere and on lord. He watched as Geralt wiped it on his trousers. Then he realised. Geralt was not wearing a jacket in public. He mentally raised a eyebrow to that, he never thigh he would see that in a million years. In a way it was showing vaunrablility. He didn't mind it though, he was awfully fond of the fact Geralt was being more him now. He may not be talking a lot but his actions showed he was much more relaxed then being stuck in his head.
