KATARA'S POV:

"Well, uhm, so I can teach Aang, dumbass. He couldn't earthbend, he needed a teacher, here we are," she said. I knew there was more to it than that.

"And?" I asked. "Also so I could, you know, be known. I mean, no one even knew I existed! Remember that ass you asked? He didn't know I was a human! Ugh," Toph exclaimed as she flopped backwards.

Suddenly, the fire went out. "What the hell?" I asked, sitting up. "Aang?" Sokka asked. Aang shook his head as he sat up next to me. "Not me."

Suddenly, earth shot our way. "What the fuck?" I wondered, standing up. Aang grabbed my hand and pulled me somewhere.

"Aang, what the hell?" I asked. He pressed me against a wall and ran away. "AANG! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG?!" I screamed. He didn't even look back.

What the fuck? Why did he just press me against a wall and walk away? What is going on? Does he not want to see me? Does he hate me? Oh, Spirits, I hope not.

I got off the wall and ran towards everyone. I saw a bunch of earthbenders shooting at us. "What the hell is going on?" I screamed. "Dai Lee!" Zuko answered. I grabbed water out of the fountain nearby and turned the ground under the Dai Lee to ice.

They continued to slip and slide everywhere as Toph cuffed them up with metal she found on their uniforms.

I wrapped some ice around the Dai Lee agent's necks and started to choke them. They were all on the ground within seconds.

"Katara? What the hell?" Aang asked. I brought the giant flat of ice up, and put myself on it. All the agents were passed out on the floor, cuffed up, from my choking and Toph's metalbending.

I brought us all up to the grass floor on top of the Western Temple. I left them all there, and then I moved the ice under them so that they were frozen to the floor. But then I put more ice under them so they can't move.

When I was done, I whistled with my fingers at my lips. Aang suddenly appeared on a tired Appa, and used his airbending to grab me.

He put me on Appa's head next to him. "Katara, what the hell was that? I put you on the wall so you wouldn't get hurt," he said.

"Aang, I can fight," I said. He sighed. "I know, but..." I grabbed his hand. "I know, Aang," I said. I blushed like crazy at this.

I leaned in and pecked him on the cheek. I saw a little blush go up his nose and blushed when I saw that. Maybe he does like me. "Aang, before you land..." I trailed off.

He kept Appa in the air and turned to look at me. "Aang... do you...?" His smile disappeared, along with mine. Oh, Spirits! He hates me!

"Yes," he muttered under his breath. I widened my eyes as he turned his head away. "Aang...?" He turned to look at me and I saw him blushing for whatever reason.

A similar blush ran up my nose. "Katara, I'm sor-" I cut him off by kissing him. I cupped his cheek and pressed my lips against his.

He was surprised for a second but soon enough melted in. His hand cupped my cheek, and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

He slowly wrapped his arms around my waist. We probably could have stayed there forever, but I heard Sokka whistle. It slowly moved us apart, and we looked into each other's eyes for a minute.

"WHERE THE FUCK IS KATARA, AANG?" Sokka screamed. Aang flinched and whipped Appa's reigns, moving us back down to the air temple.
