Hunter Exam

Kurapika's POV

Today's the Hunter exam and I met some good friends on the way. Leorio and Gon. They're really nice and both of them are pretty skilled. Right now we're just waiting for everyone to arrive at the Hunter Exam and then the first task will start. This place really is weird. I've seen so many different people here. There's old people to twelve year olds! There was also this person who kept offering orange juice. His name was Tonpa. I'm pretty sure he was just trying to make us fail because it tasted weird.

I waited with Gon and Leorio when someone else entered. He looked about the same age as me and had (the wig color that you chose in the last chapter which I will now refer to as w/c) w/c hair. (Kurapika doesn't know it's a wig tho) Immediately, Tonpa offered him some juice. I thought I should go help the poor dude. What if he got poisoned or something it's sort of cheating to poison others.

The boy didn't even take the juice though?! He just nodded, "no thanks" and left. Tonpa looked diss appointed. I guess that what he gets. It seems that boy was smart. I then realized the boy seemed familiar. I didn't know how though. I don't think I've ever met someone that looked like him.

I kept staring when he looked straight in the eye at me. I quickly turned away. Shoot! Was I acting weird? They probably thought I was super creepy. I'll have to apologize. I tried walking over to him but he ran away! Did I scare him that much!?! I decided it was best for them to calm down and later in the exam I could apologize because if I started chasing them I would look like the bad guy.

Y/N's POV

FVCK FVCK FVCK DID HE ALREADY FIGURE ME OUT!?! Oh wait. Nevermind the stoped staring. BUT WHAT IF HE KNEW IT WAS ME BUT WAS TOO AWKWARD TO COME FORWARD. I think it's best for me to just avoid him during the Hunter Exam. I can't wait until all of this is over.

It was time to start running so I ran. This exam was easier than I thought. The first round was just running so I did as I was told. I was getting a little tired, though. I pulled out my water bidder from my backpack when Kurapika started running towards me!

I panicked and started running faster but he kept running faster too. This gave me a flashback of when all three of us used to play in the woods. It was fun. I got a little sad and I didn't realize I slowed down and Kurapika fought up to me.

"Hey, uh I'm sorry for looking like a creep earlier."

"Oh, uHm it's okay." Phew, I thought he caught on. It seems like he just wanted to apologize. "I'll be in my way then." And I ran faster ahead.

Kurapika yelled at me, "What your name?"

I thought about a name, "N/N!"

(N/N is nickname in my fac fic please insert a nickname someone might call you or just insert some whyte boy's name like Chad or Connor because that's your name that Kurapikas gonna refer you to now 😻😻)

Kurapika's POV

That's weird, N/N. N/N isn't Y/N then. While chasing him, he reminded me of Y/N. I don't know why though. I feel sort of guilty but I think I'll have to investigate N/N. Maybe they know something about Y/N. I still need to meet up with Y/N one day.

I miss Y/N. I wonder how she's doing. Did she forget about us? No, she probably wouldn't. The only way she could forget about us is if her memories got whipped out or something. I should focus on the exam for now.
