The boys were looking around the studio as if happy to be somewhere familiar. Bright smiles lingered on their faces, eyes wide with excitement. That is except for Alex. The poor guy just looked extremely confused about all of this, which made me sad. I can't imagine what he's feeling right now. At least not exactly.

My gift allows me to almost feel ghosts emotions which is why all that pressure weighs me down. Leaves me feeling stressed out, yet Landon was always there to help me get through it. Mom always said that I was special, my gift was that from God. Allowing me to help those who wanted to cross into his realm.

I'm not that social of a person, but seeing Alex shaken up like that made me want to help him. Despite not knowing him at all. Getting up from my spot on the couch, I walked over to him and placed my hand on his shoulder. He was stunned that instead of going through him, it rested firmly in place.

"I know this is all new and confusing for you but think of it this way. You'll never have to worry about pimples ever again," I joke which makes him smile. It was a start.

"Wait... How can you touch us?" Luke asks making his way over to us, eyebrows raised in wonder and confusion.

I giggled taking my hand off Alex's shoulder resting it by my side "I never really understood it but it's part of my gift. It's like ghosts use my energy in order to make contact with me," after explaining this they seemed to slightly get what I was trying to say.

"So you're like a medium?" Alex says as more of a question.

"I'm not sure but what I do k ow is that I was born this way," I say not sure how to put it. Just then I heard footsteps indicating Julie was on her way back here. "I'd hide for now, don't know what she's going to do," after saying that they disappeared.

Not long after that Julie came back into the room, a cross held out in front of her. Clasped tightly in her hands. She's adorable. Seeing her like that made me giggle.

"I know I saw something, I'm not crazy," she says turning to look at me as if I'd call her insane.

"We're all a little crazy," Luke and I say at the same time as the guys popped up behind the frightened girl making her jump, swinging the cross around at lightening speed. A scream coming out of her mouth.

I walked over to her gently lowering her hands, letting her know that there wasn't anything to be afraid of. "It's alright Jules, they aren't going to hurt you," I say rubbing her back trying to calm her down.

"What are they doing in the studio?" She asks as Alex tried to walk forward to try and comfort her, when she thrusted the cross right through him. "Ahhh, how did he do that?"

"Hey Jules, they are ghosts but they aren't here to hurt us alright. Trust me on this," I reassured her taking the cross away just as Carlos comes into the room.

"Talking to your ghost friend. Is he hideous?" He asks looking around the room. Alex made a joke about Carlos being able to see Reggie.

"Quite the opposite actually," I state causing the guys to smirk and Carlos to look at me.

"SAMARAH!" He yells rushing over and pulling me into a bone crushing hug. I wrapped my arms around him.

"I need to breath kiddo," I say as he loosens up his hold on my waist and pulls away.

"I'm so sorry about Landon," he says offering a look of sympathy and a smile that I returned.

"Thanks chico, it's heartbreaking but at least he's in a better place," I says letting him know that I was alright, even though deep inside I was broken.

"I know how much he meant to you," he says taking my hand as I ruffled his hair.

"I'll be alright Los," I say noting the looks I was receiving from the guys before Carlos lead me out so we could eat dinner. Leaving Julie to deal with our new friends....
