I tap my foot impatiently, we've been standing here for over twenty minutes, waiting for an Alpha. I escaped an Alpha only to be captured by another, stupid me.
"Does he not have a sense of time." I grumble.
I wasn't exactly the most patient person in the world, okay I wasn't patient period. It was even worse, though, knowing I was meeting with an Alpha who would most likely kill me. I mean if you're going to kill me, do it quick and don't waste my time.
"Do you rogues not have a sense of respect?" I low voice growls. It holds power, and lots of it. I know he's the Alpha already.
"No generally rogues are rogues because they can't follow rules or respect others." I state, boredly.
"Kaiden you're dismissed." The Alpha says shooing away the guy from the club.
"State your business on my territory." He growls when Kaidens out of earshot.
"Didn't know this was a territory." I say bluntly.
"Normally I would have killed you, but..." He trails off.
"But what?" I ask.
"You bare an Alpha's marks, as well as carry a powerful air around you. Killing you means declaring war against your mates pack." He tells me.
"So if you're not going to kill me, why am I still here?" Again I don't do patients.
"I have to return you." He says chuckling.
"That's not nessacary." I quickly reply.
"If my mate ran off, I would like to see her home and well as soon as possible."
"I'm not going back there." My voice is finally, demanding.
"Come with me. I'm taking you to the pack house. We can talk there, it's much to late to send you home anyway." He says ignoring her last comment.
He begins walking away leaving me with no room for arguement. Believe me I know I should be trying to escape, but I knew I wouldn't get very far. He's an alpha not to mention that he has patrol.
His pack is beautiful, a victorian style, with atleast three stories. Not that any pack house was every ugly, no every pack was practically rolling around in money. Still it didn't compare to Xaviers pack house.
'It's ours, too.' Liv grumbles, but she was wrong, it wasn't, I wasn't luna yet.
"So who's your mate?" He ask when we enter his office.
"Who are you?" I ask ignoring him.
"I'm Alpha Mattew and you?"
He wasn't like the other alphas, he was charming and smiley. "My names Rose." I tell him. "Why aren't you like the other alphas?" I add.
He laughs, leaning against the window. "Not like the others in a good or bad way?"
"Good, defiantely good."
"So you've met many different alphas?" He ask, tiltng his head. His eyes are wide and green, innocent. Honestly I wanted to pitch his cheeks.
"A few." My answer avoids completly what he wants to get out pf me.
"Any around this area?" He wants to know, real bad.
"Maybe." I shrug.
There was no way in hell I'm telling this nosey alpha my life story. Not that I would tell any stranger.
"So are you going to tell me, or am I going to have to call ever alpha to see who has a missing mate?" He was threatening me. I couldn't let him call all of the alphas, seeing as I've pissed off more than one. In my defense I only pissed off the pervs or assholes.
