Three weeks later......

As they say, life goes on....

After the death of Miss. Kimberly, the entire staff and students mourned her death for two weeks.

And even when the C.A results were pasted, the students didn't feel the usual jitters as they always felt whenever they were expecting results from an exam or  test..

The whole school was shocked, especially those students and teachers who were close to her .

But as the days went by, things started turning back to normal.

The first term examinations had begun and the students as usual were in different corners of the school reading.

The teachers were also busy with marking (those whose subjects had been written) and those who were to Invigilate could be seen heading through and fro from the examination office to the classrooms.

By 1:00pm the students had finished their exams for the  day, the serious one's could be seen reading ahead for the next day while the others went about playing sports and chatting with their friends.

The school bus was to leave by 2:pm ,so those whose houses were close by and those who didn't usually take the school bus decided to leave early..

Mabel and Anna were among those who remained in school, after going for a tour around the school they decided to rest behind the school cafeteria. The place was always quite because students don't usually go their.

"I wish I am having money on me, I would have taken public transport am so tired of this school" Mabel groaned

"So you want to go and leave me here all alone, I thought you said you love me" Anna said giving Mabel puppy dog eyes

"Before nko, and when did I ever say that I love you" Mabel said raising her eyebrows teasingly at Anna

"I want to cry, so all this while you never loved me, please allow me to cry" Anna whined pretending to be wiping off tears from her cheeks

"Ok am sorry stop crying I was just kidding, but the truth of the matter is that am very hungry so if you still want to cry you can go on and cry let me borrow you my handkerchief"

"Crazy girl so you won't beg me and pamper me a little right, I will just unfriend you"

"Whatever...." Mabel replied in a sing song manner

A few seconds later they both burst into laughter at their silliness.

"My friend my friend you know I love you like the way I love my meat pie and coke shey"  Mabel teased her friend winking at her

They both burst into another fit of laughter.

"You this girl you need deliverance from the spirit of gluttony, I command all the spirits of gluttony out of you this moment in Jesus name" Anna said putting her hand on  Mabels head

" Please leave me with my spirits, am not complaining"

"I knew you will say that" Anna said chuckling

"But I will miss you and your craziness Sha"  Anna said smiling

"You will not miss me at all dear because I will be coming to your house every weekend"

"Awnnn but unfortunately I won't be spending the Christmas holiday here in Abuja I will be spending it with my Dad"

"Then I will call you and chat you up on WhatsApp everyday so you won't miss ok baby"

" But I'll still miss you"

" Then I will haunt you in your dreams every night"

" That will be so much better"

They bursted into another fit of  laughter again at their silliness.

Then they  both hugged and smiled at each other.
