In the dead of night, a Griffin swoops over the Telmarine castle with Edmund in its claws. On a turret, a guard stands watch. Edmund and the Griffin land silently on the roof hidden from the guard. Just as the soldier turns back around the Narnian grabs his shoulders and lifts him with his talons off the tower. Edmund lands to the floor and stands guard. He scans the palace grounds below and takes out his torch. Ed signals to Peter, Susan, Caspian and Trumpkin who are also advancing over the castle being held in the Griffins talons. Red Feather follows closely behind.

From the edge of the forest, the army of Narnians stand watch and look to see Edmunds flashlight. Through the thick mist, they spot the deliberate flashes and slowly start to make their advance.

In the courtyard, Reepicheep and his soldiers climb out of the drainpipe. They slip through the palace gate making their way further into the palace. The Narnians watch as they see their King and Queen with Caspian fly overhead.

Peter nods to Caspian who advances at speed over an incoming turret and cuts down a Telmarine soldier. As they near their landing, a Telmarine soldier spots Edmunds light flashing and goes to take aim. Susan fires her arrow at the soldier and shoots. Peter lands on the walkway and attacks the second soldier. Red Feather flies a little further ahead looking out for soldiers.

The Narnian army makes their way through the palace. A Minotaur creeps up to a soldier who turns around with a shock. The Minotaur quietly hushes the soldier and from behind Nikabrik knocks him out with the pommel of his sword. Meanwhile, the mice scurry along the ropes of the drawbridge and enter. They land by the large metal gears and take out their swords ready.

Susan lowers Peter down a rope to a ledge where Caspian knocks on the window of the Professor's quarters. Caspian unlocks the window and enters the room, Peter follows close behind. They look around cautiously. Red flies through the window after Susan and Trumpkin, landing on her feet. Caspian notices the dark, empty room and spots the Professor's glasses on the table covered in books.

"I have to find him", Caspian says.

"You don't have time", Peter argues. "You need to get the gate open".

"You wouldn't even be here without him. And neither would I".

Peter looks to Susan who purses her lips. "You and I can deal with Miraz".

"And I can still get to the gate in time".

Red Feather looked at him worried. She already knew how dangerous this plan was and she feared what would happen if they strayed off course too much. Caspian backs towards the door with Trumpkin following.

A guard enters the room where Reepicheep hid. He turns around to find the mouse hanging down by his tail. His sword unsheathed.

"Yes, I'm a mouse". Reep swings his blade, cutting the soldier down. The mice move down and cross the floor meeting yet another soldier. With ease, they knock him down. Standing on top of the mice, Reepicheep unlocks the door revealing Trumpkin who fires at an oncoming soldier.

"Oh, we were expecting someone, well, you know taller", the mouse jokes.

"You're one to talk".

"Was that supposed to be irony?"

Ignoring the mouse, Trumpkin closes the door.

Caspian reaches the Professor who lies shackled in a dirty cell. He shakes him awake.

"Five more minutes", he jokes.

The Professor looks at him shocked, "what are you doing here?" Caspian unlocks him from his shackles. "I didn't help you escape just so you could break back in". Caspian struggles to help the old man back to his feet. "You have to get out before Miraz learns you're here".
