Telmarine soldiers charge on horseback accompanied by the relentless bombardment of boulders from the Telmarine war machines. The horses' hooves thundered on the field as they cantered forwards.

"Archers to the ready!" Susan commands. She pulls out an arrow from her quivers and knocks it in place.

As Red Feather and Edmund watch the Telmarines charge, Peter cues Caspian who turns abruptly on his horse and makes his way to the Narnians underground. Glenstorm follows behind him. Caspian grabs a torch and rallies the troops.

"Narnians, charge!"

Caspian leads the Narnians forward in the underground tunnels where the ceiling is supported by dozens of pillars. A Centaur blows the signal. Peter glares at the oncoming cavalry.

"One, two..."

"Three, four..." Caspian counts.

"Five, six..."

"Take your aim!" The arches pull their bows back and aim up to the sky.

"Eight, nine... Get ready!"

"Now!" Caspian shouts.

The Narnians destroy the pillars. Giants bashed their clubs and Centaurs cut them down with their swords.

Above ground, the horses started to falter and trip over the crumbling earth and cracks that seeped through the grass. The ground breaks down in masses. The Telmarines fall down into the pit, trapped.

"Now!"

The archers let loose their arrows. They fly like silent death as they soar through the sky. They rain down on the Telmarine soldiers. Many are hit and fall back down to the ground.

Edmund leaps onto a horse whilst Peter shouts out the battle cry.

"Charge!"

He and Red race together to battle the enemy.

Underground, Caspian makes his way up a ramp created from the earth up to the battlefield. The Narnians circle around the cavalry and cut them off from behind.

Peter engages in combat striking multiple Telmarines down. Red stays close by cutting soldiers in her path. Edmund races on horseback around the pit using a crossbow.

A Telmarine tries to climb out of the pit but is faced with Reepicheep.

"You are a mouse?"

"You people have no imagination", he says before attacking the soldier.

As Peter defeats another soldier, he watches as the second wave of Telmarines make their advance. Thousands of foot soldiers follow Glozelle and the lords at a slow unfaltering pace.

Caspian waves his sword to signal the Griffins to attack. They fly out overhead with dwarves in their grasp. The dwarves fire arrows down at the pit as they fly over. The Griffins swoop and dive with ease as they dodge the catapults. Soldiers pull apart as a group of Telmarines push forward to reveal an oversized crossbow that fires multiple arrows at once. An unfortunate Griffin is hit and falls like a bowling ball into the Telmarine army.

Peter looks up at Susan with a worried glance, "Lucy?"

Susan eyes the field and shakes her head. Red Feather kicks back Telmarine back into the pit as Peter gives his command.

"Back to the How!"

The Narnians retreat.

Lord Sopespian reacts quickly: "Cut off their escape!"
