"Okay, I know you're upset, but if you'll just let me explain I think you'd find ou-" Namjoon stopped himself before he could include the others any further into his mess.

"My actions to be acceptable."

Hoseok scanned Namjoon's body, taking in his unharmed appearance before yanking his arm out of Jackson's bruising hold.

He threw Jackson one last glare as he turned to meet Namjoon's nervous eyes. He could smell the strangers scent all over him, and from what it looked like, Namjoon was trying to prevent him from entering the tent.

Taking a deep breath, Hoseok willed himself to stay a respective distance from the other until he had calmed down, and spoke.

"I can't promise you that I will remain as calm as I am now, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt and believe what you say to be true," Namjoon slouched instantly at those words, his entire stance relaxing. "just as long as you are entirely honest with me."

Hesitancy showed in Namjoon's stride as he sidestepped from the entrance, swallowing lightly with anxiety. He didn't exactly like the thought of an angry Hoseok near the injured lone wolf, but he needed to show good faith.

Pushing those feelings aside, he spoke with as respectful of a voice he could manage. "A-as you likely know already, there is an..." Namjoon cursed himself for stuttering and wracked his brain for the best choice of words he could use at this moment. "Outsider in there."

He gestured lamely to the tent, cringing as Hoseok practically glared holes into it. "But, he's badly injured and poses no threat to the pac-" Interrupting Namjoon, the untimely sound of a low growl was heard from inside the tent, followed closely by a dull thud.

Hoseok's stance visibly shifted with worry as he knew that Wooyoung was alone in there with said 'harmless' wolf. The Alpha rolled up his sleeves, stepping forward with stern a voice. "I will lend you my ear after I see the cause of all of this with my own eyes."

Namjoon's eyes that had been fixated on the tent, snapped over the him. He quickly stood in front of the entrance, boldly blocking Hoseok's way with his tall frame. "Wait! He's not dangerous, I-"

Loud clattering cut Namjoon off mid sentence, causing all attention to fall onto the body stumbling it's way between the layers of white cloth, nearly crashing into it's own shadow cast darkly on the floor.

Namjoon's breathing hitched when Jungkook's tense body took on a fearful air, his red eyes seeming to be focused solely on Hoseok's figure as his muscles shook painfully under his skin.

Namjoon felt panicked as Jungkook choked out something he couldn't quite understand, the young Alpha's eyes filling to the brim with tears.

The boy looked terrifying, his tears doing nothing to damper the eyes burning an intense shade of red, matching perfectly with the crimson leaking from his every limb.

His appearance was similar to a madman as he lunged forward, slamming into Hoseok with enough force to knock him down if he had been unwary.

"Fuck!" Namjoon rushed to grab the now sobbing boy away from the older, hoping that no further damage would be caused by his actions.

His attempt to pry Jungkook from Hoseok's torso was put to a stop by the head Alpha's own hand pushing him away gently. He was confused for a moment until he saw Wooyoung walking up behind him tentatively, a syringe in his slightly shaky grasp.

Hoseok held onto the distraught boy with a stoic expression as the needle was pressed into his neck, and as Jungkook began to relax, Hoseok slid an arm under his legs and carried him effortlessly as though he were nothing but a small child.
