Domingo: I heard many things about you being good at giving advices, especially from my daughters. That's why I'm here, hoping that you can give me an advice.

Lady Blue: About po saan?

Domingo: There's a bridge we need to build in our place. Ang tulay na iyon ang magdudugtong ng probinsya namin sa iba pang kalapit na lugar. With that, travelling will be much easier.

Domingo: But there's a problem. The fund for the bridge was spent on relief goods last month. Hindi ba't may malakas na bagyong tumama sa northern luzon noong nakaraang buwan? That typhoon destroyed almost all of the houses in our place. That's why we needed more money and we didn't had a choice but to use the fund for the bridge.

Lady Blue: That's sad.

Domingo: It is. And now, mas naging mahirap ang pagpunta sa mga kalapit na lugar dahil din sa bagyo. The people will need to have muddy feet before they can reach their destination. Some vehicles cannot also cross because their wheels will sink in the mud. And that's why we badly need a bridge.
