PART ONE ACT ONE
EXT. FOREST OF ILLUSION - MORNING
Mewtwo watches a sleeping Bowser, Junior, and Yoshi through the bushes. He focuses in on Junior.
INT. CASTLE FOYER - MORNING
Mario and Peach greet with a hug and kiss.
The others all watch differently. Fox tilts his head, DK smiles, Samus squints her eyes, and Daisy groans.
DAISY
Oh my goodness guys it's been, like, a day. Let's save the PDA.
MARIO
A pleasure as always, Daisy.
DAISY
Bite me.
Mario notes DK and Samus behind her.
MARIO
I'm surprised blaster lady's still alive after DK landed the uppercut of the year on her.
PEACH
She's our ally now.
FOX
That's what I like to hear.
MARIO
You guys remember Fox? He's...been around, I guess.
DAISY
Who else is here? Luigi? I can't wait to hug and smooch him so hard.
MARIO
Were you not just on us about PDA?
Mario and Daisy bicker. DK and Peach try to break them up.
INT. CASTLE DUNGEON - MORNING
MK yawns and wakes up. His knights and the other prisoners are still fast asleep...except Waluigi. He grunts. Whatever.
Ganondorf is also up. He sits behind MK on the ground.
META KNIGHT
I'm surprised you can even sit right now considering how hard you got your butt kicked last night.
No response from Ganondorf. He stares at the dirt floor.
META KNIGHT
You had him on the ropes until that beam came out of the sky and got ya. Whoever bet on that happening must have made a pretty penny.
MK rolls his eyes at the lack of response.
META KNIGHT
You've to get over yourself, dude. You lost a fight: big whoop. It happens...especially when you storm in here asking to fight everyone.
GANONDORF
I never truly lose.
META KNIGHT
Except you "truly" did, and it's not that big of deal. I've lost to that ANNOYING PINK BALL before...
MK calms himself as other prisoners stir.
META KNIGHT
But then I went and got some stupid knights and an army from the king of the Dreamland. The only way THEY lost is because KIRBY ALSO found some STUPID FRIENDS!
MK contains his rage. Only Wario slowly wakes up.
META KNIGHT
My point being...numbers help you bring home wins. Considering your enemy in the green dress is pals with mine, it might be a good idea to combine our numbers.
GANONDORF
Cease your talking, monster.
INT. TOAD GUEST ROOM - MORNING
Falco, Captain, Luigi, and Kirby are fast asleep on their toad-themed beds. Fox barges in.
FOX
Time to rise and shine, everybody. We got business to deal with.
Falco, Luigi, and Kirby slowly awake. Cap's still lights out.
FALCO
It's a good thing I don't need the extra beauty sleep.
LUIGI
What business is there?
FOX
Some other folks just rolled in. We're going to figure out our next step with them all here.
LUIGI
Other folks? You mean DAISY?
Luigi jumps up and dashes out.
FALCO
That could be you and Krystal if you weren't too scared.
Fox rolls his eyes and notes Captain. He readies his blaster.
FOX
Heyo Cap-ee-ton. Time to rise and shine, buddy.
Fox straight up blasts him. Kirby yelps. Captain scurries to get up and ready to fight. Falco calms him down.
FOX
Relax, this thing doesn't kill anyone. Having a gun that does that would be crazy.
FALCO
Easy Cap. We just need you up. The others from the mountain arrived.
CAPTAIN
The others? Even the one in the...?
Captain perks at this. He walks out. Fox looks around.
FOX
Where's Link?
Kirby slouches and makes a motions: "I'll go get him."
FALCO
Appreciate it, pal.
He leaves one way as Fox and Falco leave the other.
FOX
Let's go work together.
INT. CASTLE FOYER - MORNING
Mario, Peach, Daisy, and DK talk amongst themselves. Samus stands off to the side tinkering with her cannon.
MARIO
You sure we can trust her?
DK
Donkey Kong skeptical at first of blaster lady, but prove herself well in Boo's Castle.
MARIO
Luigi would have been pooping his pants going through there.
LUIGI (O.S.)
No I wouldn't!
Luigi enters. Him and Daisy lock eyes. They run into each other's arms and give short, rapid smooches.
DAISY
Oh Luigi I missed you so
(smooch)
Much you're so cute and
(smooch)
Everyone except you is
(smooch)
Annoying and I only want-
MARIO
We get it!
Samus perks her head again as the couple calm down. Captain gives them a look as he enters from above.
Samus and Captain then share a quick look at each other and immediately turn away in embarrassment.
