The car ride had been silent the entire few hours we had been in the car. My life was over, college drop-out, no job, no boyfriend, no family. I was alone, going on a permanent field trip with two random men that saved me from being assaulted. I mean, what kind of crazy shit is this?

"Sam, I'm sorry. I was being a real pain in the ass back there. I'm just really stressed and the fact that I'm running away from home with two random strangers that I just met is really rattling me."

"It's okay. It's a great lead in our case. You and I have a lot more in common than you think."

"I'm talking about how I opened up to you and then I treated you like shit for no reason. That was wrong of me."

"It's alright, really. You can let it go." He turns around and smiles at me.

It was getting really late and my stomach was growling. Dean looks at me in the rearview.

"Somebody hungry?"

"Yes."

"We'll stop here tonight. Grab a bite and rest up for the night."

"Sounds good to me. I'd kill for a burger right about now."

"Alright, can we keep her?" Dean looks to Sam as we pull into a motel.

I laugh slightly and grab my bags, taking them inside. I hand the hotel manager my card.

"Can we get a room with two beds and maybe a couch?"

"Yeah, room 112 down the hall to the left."

"Thank you."

Sam follows behind me and Dean heads for the diner next door.

I put the key in the knob and open the door to see two queen sized beds and a couch next to the wall. I set my stuff on the couch.

"I'll take the couch, you should really take the bed."

"Sam, you're practically a beanstalk. This couch is tiny."

"It's really not a big deal."

"Sam." I look up at him and he puts my stuff onto the bed, and swaps it for his bag.

"I'm going to take a shower. I'll be out in a few."

I nod and begin to remember the visions I was having earlier. Sam all steamed up in the shower, I sit down seeing the scenes over and over again in my head. I grab out some more comfortable clothes as I hear the shower start, and hear the slight hum of Sam singing. I just couldn't stop thinking about him, and I had no idea why.

Dean walks in with a giant bag of food after I had finished changing. He had already unwrapped a burger and was eating it.

"Is he in the shower?"

"Yeah." I rub my forehead, feeling light headed again.

"Hey, Sam usually gets the headache when the vision is coming true."

"Yeah, well it is."

"Did you see Sammy in the shower? Did it get you all hot and bothered?"

"I could kill you, Dean."

He laughs and hands me a burger, just as Sam walked out of the shower, just with a towel wrapped around his waist. He held on to it tightly, afraid it might fall down. He looks over at me giving me a grin.

"I forgot my clothes. Sorry." His voice was musky, just as it normally was.

I was too busy chewing my food to say anything and I could tell that I was awkwardly staring at him, so I look to Dean who was giving me a furrowing eyebrow.

I continue to eat my food and when I finish, I get under the covers of the bed, curling up into a ball. It was freezing in here. Dean was laying in the other bed, watching something on the television. i closed my eyes, trying to focus on the fact that I wasn't cold.

I hear shuffling beside my bed and hear a bag unzipping, feeling something soft lay over my frozen cold body. Hands tuck the blanket around my body, making it feel like I was in a cocoon. I could hear the person breathing heavily over me, like they were watching over me. I hear shuffling again and the person goes to the couch, moving around a lot before finally settling down. He lets out a sigh and I turn over, opening my eyes lightly. I see Sam, wrapped up in a small blanket with his eyes closed. He looked highly uncomfortable but he was peaceful.

I smile, seeing his hair fall over his eyes and he tries pushing it out of the way, his eyes opening and he looks at me. I quickly try closing my eyes so he didn't see I was awake but I hear a soft whisper.

"Goodnight Angie."

"Thank you Sammy. Goodnight." I open my eyes, and see him smile at me before closing his eyes again.

I curl up, staying in the tight cocoon he had rolled me up in and I begin to drift off to sleep.
