Chapter 10 - Deal

You woke and saw bars. You stood up fast and looked around, seeing you were alone.

"Rin! Rin!" You shouted but heard no answer. You moved and started to pull at the bars. You saw that your kimono had dried blood on it and knew that the Inuyasha from before was an imposter. He wouldn't have left you in something that would make him sick from the smell.

"Rin!" You shouted. You then heard crying.

"Jovanka!" You heard Rin cry out and you stopped. You were afraid it was the bars creaking.

"Jovanka!" Rin cried.

"Rin! My Rin!" You yelled and you saw Naraku step out in front of the bars, holding Rin's wrist. She tried to reach for you and was crying.

"Jovanka!" She cried. You tried to reach her.

"Now, now. I brought her here to make a deal with you." Naraku said and pulled Rin back. You look at him with tears.

"Anything...just give me my Rin." You said. Naraku smiled and gave a nod.

"Move back." He says and you backed up. He opens the cage and lets Rin go. She runs into your opens arms and you hold her.

"You will have time for that later. follow me and leave the child here." Naraku says. You look at him before you stand and let her go. You walk out and Naraku locks the cage.

"Promise me she will be safe?" You ask. Naraku looks at you.

"That will require another deal." He says. You give a nod.

"Then follow me." He says before walking. You look at Rin once more before you follow him. He lead you to a room and you walked in.

"Sit." He says and you do. He then sits in front of you and leans on the wall.

"For letting you see Rin, you are to make me demons." He says. You look confused.

"I will explain in a bit. For making sure Rin stays save, you are not to use your barrier." Naraku says. You nod.

"OK." You say. Naraku smiles.

"Now, come here. I will explain what I mean about the demons." He says. You scoot closer to him and he grabs your sleeved arm. You resist the urge to pull back. He slowly rolls your kimono up and touches your skin. You feel intense pain and scream, pulling away and he lets you go. You hold your arm and cry as you feel part of your skin falls off. you see it heal almost instantly but on the ground, a small demon grows from your fallen flesh. Naraku grabs it and it gets absorb into his body. You let out tears.

"Every time I touch your arm, a demon will appear. I will then absorb it, making me stronger." Naraku says. You whimper.

"Now come here." He says. You move closer, shaking but he doesn't grab your arm, you places his hand on your chest. You wait but nothing happens. He looks at you.

"It seems I can't take your heart." He says and a bit closer to you.

"Do you have a barrier around it?" Naraku asks. You give a small nod. It was the one barrier you can't control and was up at all times. Naraku nods and moves his hand but smacks you. You fall to the ground from the force.

"You said you wouldn't use them. With that, Rin will get no food or water." Naraku says. You look at him as you sit up. You could feel a bruise forming on your cheek.

"No, please! I can't control it!" You shout. He looks at you without saying anything.

"Please...not my Rin." You whisper. Naraku smiles.

"Fine. I will allow her to have food and water." Naraku says and you smile.

"Your food and water." He says. You frown.

"You will get food once every seventh moon and water every other day." Naraku says. You nod.

"OK. As long as my Rin will be ok." You say. Naraku smiles and grabs your bare arm. You let out another scream. It hurt but for Rin safety, you would endure it.
