1 week later
The snow had finally stopped and the roads were cleared and ready for people to use. Meredith and everyone who was trapped her her house could finally go back to work. The blizzard lasted for weeks longer than ever, keeping them away from the hospital which meant the work was piled high for them all. "Loads Of charts, barley enough time." Meredith complained as she scribbled down the information. She was sitting on an unoccupied gurney with charts piled around her as one sat in her lap. She heard footsteps and looked up.
"Why are you down here, I figured you would be in your office?" Mark asked. She looked back down at the chart and shook her head. She didn't want to deal with him.
"No, Mark I rather enjoy this, it reminds me of when I was an intern," she replied dully. Mark widened his eyes in shock.
"I-is everything okay?" He asked. She scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Yes, everything is perfect, now if you will excuse me I'm busy so please," She motioned her hands to shoo him away.
"Did I do something to make you mad at me or am I just over reacting?" She closed the chart and looked up.
"Mark!" She shouted. She pointed for him to leave and he did. He walked away, turning towards her one last time.

Meredith looked at her tray with disgust. She pushed it away and tried not to gag. Mark leaned towards Addison and whispered. "What's wrong with her, I mean haven't you noticed something was a bit off with her?" Addison stayed quiet, trying hard to not snap. "I mean she's been angry with me for some reason and I can't figure out why, do you know?" She let out a laugh and Mark eyed her.
"Maybe it's because she knows you a lying cheater." Addison said as she stood up and walked her tray over to the trash. Mark's eyes widened and his mouth dropped. Meredith knew? He looked towards the spot Meredith was once in and saw she was gone. He caught her leaving and stood up to get to her.
"Meredith!" He called. She ignored him and continued walking. "M-Meredith!" He called once more. She ignored him again. This time he ran towards her.
"What do you want Mark, I'm busy?" She asked. He stood in front of her keeping her from moving. Mark took a deep breath before speaking.
"You know?" He asked. Meredith scoffed and let out a laugh.
"I know a lot of things, you should be more specific!" She said. Tears already began forming. Damned pregnancy hormones!
"T-that I cheated," he whispered so nobody could hear. She placed her hand near her ear.
"I'm sorry I didn't hear you, I think you should be louder." She retorted.
"That I cheated!" He said louder. This time heads turned. He suddenly felt small. Like everything and everyone was bigger than him.
"You cheated for years and I knew, you suck at hiding things from me." She said. She looked at her finger and took off the ring and placed it in his hand. "I waisted so much of my time on you thinking, hoping you would become a better person but you simply became an awful one." His mouth hung low and he stared at the ring.
"W-we can talk about this," he suggested. She shook her head.
"No, we're over Mark, there are better people out there for me who I know would never hurt me." Her tears were already falling and everyone was now watching as the power couple of Seattle Grace ended its reign. She walked into an exam room and pages Arizona. It took all of five minutes for her to get here.
"What's u- Meredith why are you crying?" She asked, changing the question half way through the sentence. Meredith still had tears streaming down her face.
"I broke up with Mark, he found out I knew so I ended it," she said through her sobs. "And I am pregnant and I need an ultrasound." Arizona's eyes widened and her mouth dropped.
"Y-you're?" She asked pointing at her. Meredith nodded.
"I need the ultrasound, and please just don't say anything about this to me or anyone else!" Meredith begged. Arizona nodded. She grabbed the jelly and turned on the machine.
"You know this already but it's going to be cold," Arizona said. Meredith lightly shivered as Arizona pressed the jelly with the ultrasound machine. The heartbeat was picked up quickly and Arizona smiled. "You're about 14 weeks along."
"How am I so far, I'm not even showing?" Meredith asked. Arizona smiled.
"Not everyone shows that much," Arizona said. Mer nodded. She was handed a strip of photos. It was her baby. Her's and his. What was she going to do? She couldn't raise a baby with Mark.
"What and I supposed to do, I can't raise a baby with Mark?" Meredith asked.
"When the time comes, you'll know." Arizona began cleaning Meredith's stomach and put everything away. "This is what had you upset during the storm" she asked. Meredith nodded.
"Yeah, I found out that and I didn't know and I still don't know what to do." Arizona placed a hand on Meredith's shoulder and smiled.
"You will figure it out." Meredith returned her smile. I will figure it out.

Sneak peek."We are all out of food," Izzie complained. She was checking through the fridge and the cabinets for something to eat. "I just went shopping." She looked towards Meredith. "There is too many people in this house if we are going through food in 4 days"
"It hasn't been four days," Meredith said. Izzie raise a brow.
"Yeah, it has been.."
