When Addison woke up the next morning it took her a few minutes to be fully aware of where she was. She looked around the room trying to remember the events of last night. Had she slept with someone? No, Meredith offered her a place to stay. She hopped out of bed and walked into the hallway. She quietly walked into the bathroom and did what she needed to do. She heard a soft knock on the door and opened it. "Do you mind if I take a quick shower?" Mer asked. Addison nodded. She looked down at Meredith, admiring her body. Wow she's hot. Addison thought. She tried to clear her head so she could respond.

"You don't have to ask me, it's your house," Addison said. Meredith smiled. "I was just washing my face." She added. Meredith slipped right behind her and walked over to the cabinet with all the towels.

"I'll be out in five minutes and you can shower if you need to." Meredith said.

"Okay." Addison smiled and walked back to her room. She grabbed her phone as checked all the messages she had received in the last few days. She had messaged from people in New York asking her to either come back or to tell them what it's like down there. She had many messages from Derek. Each angrier and you could tell when he started getting drunk. She completely ignored him and put away her phone.

Meredith walked by the room with nothing but a towel and popped her head in. "Sower's free," she slipped back into her room and began getting ready for work. Addison walked back to the bathroom and got in the shower. Halfway through she heard the door open again. "It's me, I put some cloths out for you on the sink."

"T-thank you," Addison said. "Could you hand me a towel?" She asked as she turned off the water. Meredith nodded, not that Addison knew that and grabbed the towel.

"Here," Meredith handed her the towel and caught a slight glimpse of her. She bit her lip and turned away.

"Thank you again." Addison stepped out and Mer stepped back. She stood there for s moment before walking back downstairs still flustered about the woman in her bathroom.

After arriving at the hospital Meredith went straight to her office. She had taken everything off her schedule so she could spend the day doing some paperwork. There was a firm knock at the door causing her to look up. "What do you want Dr.Sloan?" She asked. He looked at her oddly as he walked in closing and locking the door behind him. The blinds were already down so he saw it a a perfect time.

"Is that anyway to greet your fiancé?" He asked. He leaned down and began sucking in her neck. She showed little to no reaction what so ever. When he noticed she wasn't doing anything in return he pulled away and swiveled her chair to face him. "What's wrong with you?" He asked.

"What are you talking about?" She asked. His eyes widened in disbelief.

"I'm kissing your neck and you are just sitting there," He said. "Are you mad at me because you've avoided me since I proposed and now this?" He asked.

"I'm just not in the mood, I have a lot of paper work to do Mark and I'm too tired." She said. She turned her chair back and continued doing her work.

"Maybe a quickie will wake you up?" He said as he started poking her back. Her face began to get red but she didn't stayed quiet and still. "You know you want to." He pleaded.

"Mark, we are in a hospital, and currently both working so why don't you get back to that job before you lose it!" Meredith snapped.

"You wouldn't fire me in your fiancé," Mark scoffed. She stood up and pointed the door, looking him in the eyes as she did so.

"You have ten seconds to get out or I'll have to find a new head of plastics." He looked at her still hesitant to leave. "10...9...8-"

"Okay!" He said as he walked to the door and unlocked it. He turned back to her and than walked out, closing the door behind him. He passed Arizona on the way out. "Don't go in there, she's in a foul mood."

"Don't tell me what to do," Arizona said. He placed his hands up and continued walking. She walked into mere office and sat on the couch. "Hey, hoe are you?" She asked.

"I'm good, why?" Meredith replied. Arizona shrugged.

"Mark said you were in a mood, but I figured it was just him." She said.

"Addison tried to tell me,but I already knew," Meredith said. Arizona raised an eyebrow.

"Y-you knew?" She asked. Meredith nodded.

"His apartment always smelled Like vanilla and he always had hickeys." Meredith said. "I threatened to fire him."

"For cheating?" Arizona asked. Meredith shook her head and chuckled.

"No, because he was being immature and not doing his job." Meredith said. Arizona nodded.

"That's Mark, he's an immature man baby." Arizona said. Meredith chuckled and couldn't help but agree.

"I almost threw this at him but I calmed myself." She said holding up the ring on her finger.

"He proposed?" Arizona asked. She nodded.

"I was going to say no, but when I opened my mouth the word 'no' was formed but 'yes' is what came out." Meredith said.

"Did you want to say yes?" Arizona asked. Meredith shook her head.

"I was planning on breaking up with him but he brought me to a picnic in the park and proposed and I said yes." She sighed. Arizona moves closer and hugged her best friend. "What would I do without you?" She asked.

"You would end up marrying a man who will cheat on you and hurt you time and time again.
