It's raining very hard, right now I don't care about anything. I was shocked it would be an understatement. I have never thought that Cal would say something like this. I can't help but think; Do Maria and Dan think of me as a charity cause? They are kind and selfless, but is it true that all the thing they said was to make me feel better? If it was this way, then why did they let me come so close? Why? My head is aching, my throat is burning, and my heart is merely beating. Was I living in the glass home of lies? Why let me in, If I was to throw out. I am frustrated, frustrated at myself. I let people close to me when all they wanted to do was stab my heart. I keep making this mistake again and again. I am soaking in the rain, yet my skin tends to burn. I stuff my hands in my pockets. I walked on the deserted road with buildings standing tall. It's lit with lamps and few lights on the inside of the building. I was wandering aimlessly and absent-mindedly. I heard footsteps running in my direction; I ignored it and kept walking. The person knocked me down as he continued to run. "Hey, look where you are going". I screamed.

I looked up: I couldn't see his face, but he was wearing a black hood and jeans. He stood at the turn of the road as if looking at me. It was dark there so I couldn't see his face. I stood up, and he just vanished. I had an uneasy feeling about this human. I was about to leave when I heard a whimper. I looked at the side of the road there laid a dog shivering and whimpering with cold. I removed my jacket and kept it on its petite body. Though it was wet from outside, on the inside, it still had warmth. I patted his head and left. I saw the board telling the routes, straight goes to 'La rivière'. I began to walk straight, a few moments later, my phone buzzed.

"Hey, Jack".

"Hey", after a pause he said, " Can you come to our place right now"?

"Why"?

"We want to tell you something". I was not in the mood to handle their craziness right now.

"Jack, I am sure whatever it is can wait till tomorrow." With that, I hung up and walked. The cemented road ended, and nature's original form came in sight. The rain was almost gone, and the wind was calmer. The path divided, I took the road towards the forest; this road is unused. After a while walking in the woods, I arrived at a crack of the cave. People who usually come ignore it. I entered my secret place, my world where I and nature stay in harmony. This site is pure beauty, it gives me tranquility, and helps me to revive. Good things are waiting to be discovered covered by dark clouds, ignored, and thrown away. They are waiting for someone to engulf the darkness and see the charm. I lay on the stone bed with grass I made. There was an opening at the top, showing the beautiful starry sky. River streamed at the bottom, fishes making their way out in the clear water. The voice of running water, the essence of mud after rain. The breeze blew as if trying to talk to me. It gave me peace, calmed my burning self. I got lost in the stars and started to feel droopy. I closed my eyes and fell into a peaceful slumber. My peace didn't last for long when I woke up by hustle outside the cave.
