Sayakas pov
I tiptoed into keades bedroom with a stupid grin on my face. Today's the day. I can barely contain my excitement!
"Happy birthday baby!" I threw confetti around her bed. She woke up at first looking confused but quickly turning to excitement.
"Party party!" She jumped on her bed, spreading confetti all over the floor.
"That's right baby it's your birthday party!" I scooped her up and ran downstairs.
"Well well if it isn't the birthday girl" mukuro pulled out a cake with a grin "happy birthday my little sunshine"
"Ohh pretty" keade reached out to grab a candle.
I gently moved her hand away "are you sure we should be eating cake first thing in the morning mukuro?" I asked.
"Why not?" She smirked "It's our little girl's birthday and since we don't have enough people for a party the least we can do is have a super special birthday breakfast"
"You know what. You make an excellent point my dear" I kissed her before lighting the candle "make a wish princess"
Keade blew the candle out and the two of us clapped for her. She giggled and lay against my chest, her smile lighting up the room.
We spent the rest of the day eating cake and watching TV.
