Method 1.5~ Sunni Method

The Sunni method is another popular method. This is also a simple method to use.

This method is mainly visualization, so if you aren't the best at visualizing this may not work for you. 

In this method, you just trick your mind into already feeling like you are in your dr. 

You close your eyes (sleeping masks are very helpful if it's hard for you to keep them shut) and imagine what you'd be smelling, hearing, and what your atmosphere would feel like. Is it hot? Warm? Cold? Are you in a hallway full of chatty teens? Or in you're common room with only the fireplace in front of you? 

Imagine like you are already there.

Once the feeling just isn't in your head but you can actually feel what you were imagining and hear what you were imagining. And then if you scripted your trigger smells and touch (Like smelling fresh-baked brownies or fresh-made coffee, and someone tapping your head or shoulder) 

When you feel like what you've imagined you are in now, you will be in your DR. They're waiting for you :)
