Captured

Chapter 1

In this story, the turtles are 15. And Karai still works with the footclan because she doesn't know the truth about her true father.

Leo's POV

My brothers and I were in the lair. Hearing from April that Shredder and the Kraang were working together was horrible news. April thinks they said that they worked together to make another bomb full of mutagen, but she wasn't positive.

"My sons you must stop Shredder's plan at no cost!" Splinter announce.

"Hai sensei," we all said.

We crept through the sewers looking for the nearest manhole cover.

"Right hear." I whispered.

I quickly lifted up the manhole cover, and went into an alleyway. The rest of the team followed. I hand signalled to go on the rooftops. They did as they were told.

"Where do you think the bomb is now?" Donnie asked.

"It could be anywhere, but I suggest we spy on Shredder's lair first." I suggested.

"Whatever you say fearless leader." Raph answered.

Being leader had good sides, and bad sides. For instants, it is good to be in charge and to be responsible for the team.

However my brothers haven't yet realized that. They always think of the negative things. Such as when I make a bad decision, all of the blame goes on me. Or I have to choose what's the best thing to do. And being leader may sound easy, but really it's one of the hardest things that I've ever done. But the guys don't realize all of the stress and pain it takes. They don't take me seriously enough.

We stopped down by Shredder's lair. We sat quietly on the outside of the building, with my head pressed up against the window, trying to hear every last detail.

"The bomb will go off at 9:00" I heard Shredder say.

"What's the time?" I asked quickly.

"It's 7:30." Donnie answered.

"I'm sure that the..." Shredder said.

They continued talking, but I could no longer hear them. I turned my head to see Raph and Mikey fighting.

"Really guys? Now?" I asked.

They both stared at me, but continued fighting as if I had not spoken.
I pressed my head up against the window again.

I heard no more talking. This time I heard footsteps. Footsteps getting closer, and closer.

"Hide!" I directed.

This time they listened to me. We hid behind the garbage cans. Out came Fishface and Rahzar.

I watched them, trying to see where they were going.

Tiger Claw came out, followed by Karai and Shredder!

After seeing Shredder, we were extra silent. We didn't follow them right away. It was too risky with Shredder there. But we did end up following them.

"No fighting this time." I said directing the message to Raph and Mikey.

"Yeah, yeah." Raph answered sarcastically.

We followed far behind, and came to a stop. They stopped on the top of a building, far from the lair. The bomb wasn't very noticeable. It blended in well with the roof.

The footclan surrounded the bomb, also with a couple kraang droids. They're waiting for us, I thought.

"It's a trap Leo!" Raph exclaimed.

"I know it's a trap!" I said.
"But what are we supposed to do either than stop the bomb?" I asked.

"I hate to say this, but it really is our only option." Donnie added.

"Is everyone ready?" I asked taking out my katanas.

They nodded and got out their weapons too. We quietly stood up and snook to the same building as Shredder.

"Looking for us?" I asked trying to sound bravely.

"I see you didn't bring you're rat master. You really don't want to live." Shredder said.

His comment was hurtful, but we ignored it. Right away, Shredder came running towards me.

He always comes for me first. But I'm always prepared, since it's no surprise to me.

I got ready to fight. And so did my brothers.

Shredder swung his blades at me, but I blocked them with my katana. I rolled backwards.

Raph fought Tiger Claw, Mikey fought Rahzar, and Donnie fought Fishface.

I tried stabbing Shredder, but my moves didn't surprise him. Shredder blocked them.

The fight continued.

Donnie's POV

While I was fighting Fishface, I tricked him. I threw a smoke bomb to the ground.

Automatically, Fishface jumped towards the wiring of the bomb. But really I was on top of the bomb! I jumped off, and landed straight on Fishface! He fell down. I threw him across the roof, taking out some Kraang droids.

I quickly went the the wiring of the bomb.

I started cutting, and rewiring. I made sure that I wasn't very visible.

When Fishface stood back up to fight me, Mikey stopped him. He was taking on Rahzar, and now Fishface too!

Five minutes pasted and I almost finished.

It came down to two wires, same colours as last time. Green and black.

I tried to remember which one did I cut last time. I pictured it really hard in my head, then came a flashback.
"Go for the green!" I remembered Mikey had told me something like that last time!

I cut the green one. Right away I knew it was dismantled.

"Way to go D!" Mikey called.

We all threw a smoke bomb to the ground and left.

"We were lucky." Raph said as we headed back to the lair.

"Yeah I hardly made it, taking on two guys at a time!" Mikey said.

"I was lucky that no one saw me." I said.

"This mission was too risky. We need to be more prepared next time " Leonardo said.

I agreed with Leo. Shortly after we made it back to the lair. I went to the lab.

I was upgrading the Shell Raiser's weapons. I was adding new weapons, and improving the old ones.

After 20 minutes of working, I got called to the TV room by Mikey.

I went there to find everyone else there too!

"What's up?" I asked.

"Well I had to call a meeting." Mikey explained.

"What did you do this time?" Raph asked impatient.

"Well...I may have lost my T-phone during the fight." Mikey answered with a scared voice.

"You did what?" Raph asked.

Then it hit me. We have to get the T-phone! Or else Baxter can hack in, and see where the lair is!

"We have to go!" I said firmly.

"Are you crazy?" Leo asked.

"Yeah we hardly won the battle! There's no way we're going back for a PHONE!"

"If they hack in, they'll be able to find the lair!" I exclaimed.

Raph was silent.

"We have to go." Leo said realizing I was right.

"Then what are we waiting for?" Mikey asked.

"But Mikey, you have to be a lot more careful. Remember, you're a ninja!" Leo said.

And with that, off we went to Shredder's lair!
