Chapter 14 ~ I Will Never Love You Again

(Just going straight into it this time)

   Tonight is the last night I will be Dylan's girlfriend. I have to face my fears with my father later. Dad loved Dylan like a son. I don't know what he will think of Fang.

 "Max! Dylan's here!"

   I walk downstairs to see Dylan with a picnic basket. We walked outside to his car. Inside was a blanket and some flowers. I moved them to the backseat and sat down. Dylan shut my door and got in on the drivers side. He grabbed my hand and asked,"Are you ready?"

"Yes." I said to quickly

  Hurt poured on his face, but he just turned away and started driving. The rest of the way was in silence. I couldn't tell if it was Dylan taking in the last moment, or if he was dying inside. Probly both.  Oh how I hate doing this.

    The park was lit with with the moon and lamps. Light bounced off Dylans face making his teeth glow when he smiled. I was busy thinking about Fang. I know him. I can fell it. That kiss. Oh, that wonderful kiss.

 "Max, are you even listening?"

I look at Dylan to see pain in his face,"I sorry I just can't stop thinking about ...."

"Fang."Dylan stood,"That is all you care about!  Fang, Fang, Fang! Why can't you just love me! I love you! Fang is such an idiot! If you date him, you are pretty much an idiot too! Why would anyone date him in the first place?!"

I was stund. Also I was very angry. I stood making myself stable. Then I burst,"Dylan why don't you just shut up! I can't take it anymore! You will never have my love again! I rather date a horse!"

 I started walking away as Dylan called back," Where are you going?"

"Home!"

I start walking, making my way out of the park. I walked for miles. Finally I stopped, but that was a bad idea. Because the secound I stopped, is when hands went over my mouth and pulled me into the woods.
