a lot is about to happen, be prepared.

Blaise Zabini

I complain to Lena during breakfast, "Just apologize, I'll like my bed back before Christmas break."

"Yeah, yeah," she replies while rolling her eyes at me.

I get annoyed by her ignorance, "Well, are you ever- you know, going to tell her?"

"Not now, it'll be wrong to do it now. She'll find out eventually, right?"

"Right," I assure. I look around before asking, "How was Draco last night?"

Lena kicked me out of my own bed, leaving me with Rowan; which I didn't mind. They've never actually gotten into a big fight or anything, so this was the first. It wasn't bad, I just feel like Rowan should know. About Lena.

She grabbed some fruit to add to her plate, "He didn't talk, he kind of just stayed there. He seemed sad about the whole Row situation, she's breaking the poor kid's heart."

I agree as much as I don't with this whole situation, "She's still not talking to him, it's weird if you ask me."

She scoffs, "Well, how was Rowan, last night?"

"She talked about Draco mostly-"

"Really?" she's quick to cut me off, but I continue with a nod. "Yeah. She wants him to apologize to Leo before talking to her. I plan on telling Draco, but I don't think he'll apologize to anyone, anytime soon."

Draco's not the person who would apologize after a mistake. If he thinks he's right, we usually just let him be. We don't know what he'll do just to be back with Rowan; the poor kid is in love with her.

"Speaking of which-" Lena looks at the front of The Great Hall, seeing as Rowan made it for breakfast. She healed her books tightly in front of her chest, while slowly walking towards us.

I waved my hand for her to come over as she was already on her way. "Morning." she sets her books down on the table before sitting in front of us while smiling.

"Books?" I frown my eyebrows at them before looking back up at her, "There's a quidditch game today."

"Oh- I knew that. I just wanted to read." She seemed to have forgotten but was quick to cover it.

Lena asks, "You wanted to read a charm book and a potions book?"

She fits her posture, proudly saying, "Yes."

I look at them, back and forth, feeling like a weird vibe is going on, "So-" I try to stop this awkwardness but no one gives in. I nudge Lena's foot underneath the table.

She glares at me before looking back at Row, "Um- Row? I just wanted to say I'm- sorry. I was in a bad mood yesterday." her voice was low as she apologized, "I don't know what happened, and I'm truly sorry." her eyes became soft, with the same low voice, "Forgive me?"

We look at Rowan, waiting for an answer or some sort of emotion. All that comes out is quiet, "I forgive you, even if I don't really know what happened."

I see Lena smile in the corner of my eye, making me irritated. She should tell Rowan, soon at least.

"Hey." we all turn our heads to see Draco slowly sit next to Rowan, as the usual sitting. His voice was soft, yet low enough to hear.

I could feel Lena and I look at them, back and forth, waiting for whatever is going to happen, happen.

Rowan kept her eyes on her plate, not doing anything but playing with the grape that kept rolling around on her plate. Draco just watched as she did.
