Rowan Bailey
I go down to the library hoping to see Oliver there, and I do. He seemed to study.
It's his last year, might as well be stressful for him, plus with quidditch always on his mind.
I hug him from behind as he stays sitting down looking at all of his books. I kiss his cheek, and rest my chin on his shoulder, reading the pages of books that were laid out.
I feel his cheeks warm up, "Hello," he says.
"I hope I'm not interrupting," I sigh.
"Never," He looks at me, "Merlin, what happened to your face."
I totally forgot about that, "Pansy happened." I roll my eyes just by saying her stupid name.
He shoots me a confused look, "Parkinson?"
"Mhm." what the fuck he knows her.
He moves his chair back, making me sit on his lap while my back on him, "She sounds- uh- nice."
"Delightful, actually." He chuckles, making me smile, "I'll make sure to introduce you." I laugh.
"I'll pass." he wraps his arms around my waist, making me stay.
"Why? She's a sweetheart." I lie.
I look at him while I rest the back of my head on his shoulder, "Your cheek says otherwise." he whispered. "What did she do?" he asks with his cheeks turning red.
I sigh, "Slapped me because I was dared to make out with Draco-"
He stops me, "Malfoy? Did you-?"
"No, no. I would never."
"Oh," he pauses, "What happened, after?"
I laugh thinking about it for a second, "Lena talked about killing Pansy, Blaise tried to calm her down, while Draco cleaned my cut."
"Oh-" he pauses again to look at me, "You know you could've sent me an owl, right?"
"It was really late at night, I hardly really remember any of it."
"Okay, just next time," he kisses my cheek, "promise?"
I nod, smilingly, "Promise."
I rest my head on his neck as he continues to read out loud.
I wanted nothing more, but to stay here.

"I could kill her myself- you know." Lena rambles while we eat breakfast.
I love that she's very protective over me, but yet again sometimes it's a little scary. She could literally kill Pansy, I mean I wouldn't mind, but still.
"I'm sure you can-"
Lena cuts me off, "Even better, you can watch as I do-"
I look over and see precious Miss. Pansy. Sitting with actual Slytherin's, it's sad knowing she has friends; it's sad to be known as one of her friends too.
Pansy and I used to be friends, once; I know it's sad. I never really knew what happened between us, we just sort of drifted away. She used to date Draco around first year, but it was nothing as Draco mentions. Ever since they 'broke up' she hated me and still does. I'm not bothered by it, I think it's for the best. Yet I don't know why.
