Michael and Soraya are still together. They returned to London and have been living quite well with some exceptions. They soon moved in together.

Three years later.

It's morning and they are both in the bed.

Then she wakes up. And then he too. They both smile at each other.

-Did you have a good dream?

-Yes, a very good one - she says while smiling.

She dreamed of all the men and women she had dreamed about before, all of them ended happy with their love, some ended marrying, others just grew old together and watched the sunset side by side.

There was the shy pair of the ballroom finally getting married; the old lady was watching a sunset while her servant put a coat over her shoulders and finally sitting at her side; the children who grew up with each other and formed a happy family together...and a lot more.

Those who were left behind didn't have good endings for all. But some were at peace when they died. That was enough for her.

That was something she had learned these years. To let go of the things you can't change or accept them after you've tried your best to change them.

They all were her and they all were him.

-Do you still want to marry me?

She had been avoiding him or rejecting him everytime he proposed for the last three years.

-What?

-I think I'm ready.

-How...? What? Why?

-Because...it's always been you. You are the only one for me.

He grabs her and kiss her passionately. He has been waiting for her. For longer that she imagines.

He stops kissing her. They both breathe.

-Let's go to the registry.

-Right now?

-Yes. I've been waiting for a long time. 'Cause you are the only one for me too. You always had been.

They stay right face to face and look into each other eyes. They can only see love and longing.

They know, this life they are going to live it together until death do them part. Because death is the only thing that can make them separate from each other.

That is something that their dreams have taught them.

So while they can, they are going to be incredibly happy together.

For the they of now as well as the they in their other lives.
