A/N: Another long chapter. Lol. I'm just so excited about this part of the book, I wrote everything the way I did, in hopes of reaching this segment of the plot and I finally have! Thank you for all the Votes and comments─ one thing that I ask, is to offer me constructive feedback where it's due. I can only become a better writer if people critique my work.
ENJOY!!!

"Shikigami Dance!"
Sakura couldn't turn her head, but her trembling and shadowed eyes slowly dragged towards the side and were met with a pair of honey yellow, hallow and tired eyes. Those eyes, something about those eyes made her trembling calm down, yet rise a feeling of sorrow from within. That woman herself, was sorrow.
Deidara saw that surge of papers that came their way and he quickly jumped away in hopes of allowing it to hit Tobi, but it didn't happen because he managed to dodge it as well. The woman signaled two boys to go to Sakura, and they did.
Sakura couldn't believe her eyes.
"We're here to protect ya', Sakura-chan." Naruto conveyed, catching up to her left side and Sasuke did so to her right.
The blonde boy wiped his tears away and flashed a very weak smile to the pinkette he loved. She looked around and quickly observed the situation ─ until, of course, she discerned two floating objects that had followed Sasuke and Naruto to her. Papers bundled over something, two large things that stained the papers red in certain patches.
It hit Sakura then; there were corpses covered in those papers. A bitter feeling clung to the possibility of those two bodies belonging to someone close to her─ but the sudden tight grip over her hands from Sasuke assured her otherwise.
Or, she thought were assuring her.
"Deidara, stay with the corpses including the children. I will take on Tobi." Konan loftily said.
Her body was covered in blood and so was her face, she didn't seem to be in any position to fight─ although she still decided to do so. Sakura remembered her, she was the woman who occasionally gave her food when she was a prisoner for Tobi.
Why was she going against the person she followed the orders of?
Although right then, she remembered that when Itachi and the others tried escaping with her, the woman faked an attack and had actually allowed them to leave. She shook her head, musing, whoever this woman was could be trusted and she felt that in her gut.
Sasuke's grip over her hands tightened.
"You've killed Nagato, you've created such revolting human puppets and killed innocent people, and now you've tried to slaughter someone you once called your comrade." Papers began to form from her skin and Sakura had to take a moment to comprehend this woman's true power. "A sick person would kill a few, but a stomach-churning person is what you are for the crimes you've committed against humanity. Don't you dare lay a finger on Deidara or anyone else─"
"Humanity? Is that what you call the forsaken population today?! Shinobi aren't human!" Obito spat, taking a step forward.
The woman gave Deidara a small nod and he rushed his way to protect the younger kids and the bodies that were wrapped in paper.
"I won't let you hurt anyone anymore, this ends here!"
Deidara shot his head over his shoulder, watching the fight begin with an exchange of shuriken; paper and steel. The latter triumphed. He snapped his head back to the kids, motioning for them to move back as far as possible. The two boys moved back and the paper covered corpses followed them, although Sakura remained on the floor and on her knees. His face settled into sympathy, kneeling to the floor to be at eye level with her. Thin lips pressed into a thinner line, bringing a hand to her trembling shoulder.
