He can produce, control and absorb any kinds of electricity.
Through training he can also use the electricity to further enhance his physical abilities, most notably his speed.
Physical Prowess : Greater Speed and Strength. Sharper Reflexes. Enhanced hearing, (thanks to his cat-like ears). Sharp Retractable Claws.
Personality: Often keeps to himself, doesn't talk much unless necessary, open-minded and very mature.
Likes: Blasting music in his ears, Tuna, Training with the Pussy Cats, Swimming (on occasion), Peace and Quiet (when he's not training, or when he isn't blasting music)
Dislikes: Bullies, Attention Hogs, Pixie-Bob's teasing (to an extent), Perverts, Loudmouths, Villains. Others touching his ears or fur without permission.
