BEAST in ME

PART 8

Jia wakes up with a heavy head. She feels like she hit her head into something hard that causes the heavy feeling.

Then, she slowly opens her eyes and realizes that she was in unfamiliar place. She closes her eyes thinking that her eyes were betraying her. But when she opens it again, it was for real.

She really was in unfamiliar place. She was lying in a different bed with different blanket and pillow, the ceiling is different, the wall is also different and so is the window and other things inside.

Nothing comes into her mind as to how she came into such a place. She was continuosly looking at the place, searching for something familiar but she has failed.

Then, when she turns towards her left side, she saw a woman looking intently at her. The woman was standing beside the chair near the bed.

So, Jia suddenly sits from the bed and move back towards the headboard. She began to panick.

JIA: "Who are you? Where am I? And why am I here?"

She was panicking. She didn't know what was going on. She didn't know why she end up with the woman inside the room.

She takes a look at herslef, she stills wears the same clothes. She was relieve somehow.

BEA: "Don't fear me. I am not going to hurt you."

Bea assured Jia that she didn't mean to do anything to hurt her. She knows Jia was terrified or maybe shocked.

JIA: "Don't go near me."

Jia warned her as she saw Bea slowly walking towards her direction.

BEA: "I won't. You need to calm down. You have nothing to fear."

Bea stops from getting near the bed. She knows that Jia was scared of her.  And she doesn't want to give her a wrong impression.

JIA: "Where am I?"

Jia asks her and yet cautious of her surroundings. She knew it because of the movement of her eyes inside the room and towards her.

BEA: "You are in my house."

She was standing straight and looking at Jia. She did not make any movement.

JIA: "House. What did you do to me?"

She started to get panick again. She really don't know what she is doing in a strangers house. She might have been abducted or something.

BEA: "I didn't do anything. I just help you."

JIA: "Help me?!"

And that bewildered Jia. She has no idea what the woman is talking about.

BEA: "Yeah. You passed out in the parking lot few hours ago. I don't know where to bring you, so I decided bring you here."

Bea tried her best to explain to Jia to assure her that she is not what she think she is. That she meant her no harm and that she was just helping.

Hearing Bea's words,  Jia tried to recall what happened to her. And she remembers it now, she recalls that she came from a training and was left alone in the parking lot.

And then, she saw something in the parking lot. She was so scared. And remembering it again now, makes her feel scared even more.

She remembers how the beast looks at her, suddenly attacks her. And before it could even reach her, she sees all black.
