PART 10

JIA POV

I was walking towards my teammates and all of them were surprised seeing me there. It was unexpected, they are aware that I was not supposed to be here.

LY: "Jia, anong ginagawa mo rito?!"

She was so surprised when she saw me. She stood up from the floor and look at me with both hands on her waist. She sounds like nagging at me right now.

ELLA: "Panda, dapat nagpapahinga ka pa. Tigas ulong bata."

She was holding a bottle of water and just finished drinking from it.

JIA: "Okay lang po ako. Tsaka namiss ko po kayo eh. Kaya ako nagpunta."

I smiled at them but all they gave me was a dagger look.

MICH: "Pasaway kamo. Pambihira."

She was scratching the back of her head. I am already expecting that they will disagree of my presence here.

ELLA: "Ano ba ang nangyari sayo kagabi? Dapat pala ay hinatid ka na muna namin ni besh Ly kagabi."

She walks towards me and gave me a concern look.

JIA: "Ate Ella talaga. Alam ko pong love mo ako ate Ells, pero ayos lang po talaga ako. Tsaka galing na rin po ako sa hospital kanina and normal naman yung mga tests. Wala naman po akong sakit."

As soon as I finished taking a bath, my parents accompanied me to the hospital. The doctors run a series of tests and asks me lots of questions. Feeling ko nga hindi siya doctor kundi interrogator.

After more than an hour of being at the hospital, all the results were just fine. Everything is normal, I was cleared and nothing is wrong with me.

Though the doctor said that maybe I can come also some other time so we can have another series of test again just to be sure.

LY: "Ano ba kasi talaga ang nangyari sayo kagabi?"

She still has that anxious look in her face. She is worried about me, I know.

JEMA: "Tinatanong nga namin yung management at ang coaching staff kanina, pero wala naman silang sinabi. Nagulat kasi kaming lahat nung sinabing di ka makapunta. Basta ang sabi lang, wala ka daw today sa practice."

JIA: "Actually, hindi ko nga rin talaga masyadong maalala ang mga nangyari kagabi."

ELLA: "May amnesia ka?"

She over reacted.

JIA: "Hindi po ganun ate Ells. All I can remember is, when you left, I passed out and someone help me. The next thing I know ay nasa isang bed na ako, nakahiga."

This was the third time that I shared about the story. First to my family, second to the doctor and this is the third. They also need to know.

CELINE: "Bakit ka hinimatay?"

ELLA: "Hala ka panda, huwag mong sasabihing buntis ka na? Sasabunutan kita at si Miguel."

Her eyes becomes bigger and wider.

MICH: "What?! You're pregnant?!"

They were over reacting. But of course that is the common reaction if someone just passed out like that.

JIA: "Hindi ako buntis. Grabe kayo sakin. Bakit naman ako mabubuntis?"

ELLA: "Malamang may jowa ka. Malay ba namin kung nag-ano na kayo ni Miguel. Hahahaha. Tsaka Ji, isang malaking milagro kung si Miguel yung mabubuntis sa inyong dalawa. Hahaha."

That makes everyone laugh in the gym. Ella is just so natural in making people laugh.

CELINE: "Nag-ano po ate Ells? Hahaha."
