Hermione woke up feeling something very tiny in her arms. She looked up and saw that it was her son. He had been sleeping with her ever since that night at the Malfoy Manor. Orpheus had been having nightmares and crawling into the bed with Hermione after she had already gone to sleep so he didn't get told to go back to his own bed.

Hermione hadn't mind him sleeping with her that much right now. It was Hermione last night with Orpheus before he went off and spent the night with Draco.

Hermione was nervous about leaving Orpheus with Draco for a night. But, Hermione knew that it was going to happen at some point and time. That didn't mean that she was gonna be ready for it no matter how early or late it was going to happen. She knew that she was going to have a hard time sleeping tonight knowing that Orpheus wasn't going to be down the hall from her.

Hermione slid out of bed trying not to wake up Orpheus. Hermione and Draco had decided that it would be better if Draco took Orpheus for a Saturday night because of the school schedule.

Hermione sat at one of the tables in her diner and waited for Draco to show up to their meeting that they had both agreed to have about Draco keeping Orpheus for one night.

Hermione had been nervous and shaky all day. She wasn't ready to have this conversation. She would never be ready to have this conversation. She feared that Draco might try to take full custody of Orpheus.

Hermione shook her head and got rid of that thought fast. Draco would never do that to her, she thought. Draco was not that cruel. He would never do something to break her heart like that. Even though she deserved it. She had broken his heart into a million and one-pieces.

"I want custody of Orpheus," She heard Draco say, she started to panic. "At some point," Draco continued. Hermione relaxed a little bit.

"Okay," She responded.

"At some point and time, I would like for than one night. But, right now I know that that is not an option," Draco explained. Hermione nodded her head.

"I think that Saturday would be the best option," Hermione said.

"Because of school? Right?" Draco assumed. Hermione nodded her head. "Okay, that's fine with me. I will let my mother know to get my father ready," Draco said, after a few moments of silence he started again. "How is everything at the ministry going? I haven't been there in a while because I have had some hotel business to take care of in the states," Draco explained.

"It's fine," Hermione said, her voice a little shaky.

"Hermione," Draco started, catching Hermione's attention. "I know you well enough to know that it's not fine at the ministry," He continued.

Hermione nodded her head, "Yeah," She mumbled, but Draco heard her.

"You can talk to me, Mione. I don't want this to be strictly just Orpheus talk," Draco said.

Hermione sighed. "The Death Eaters are getting closer to what they want," She looked at Draco, he was staring at her paying attention. "We have moved Harry to another building, I put some wards on it. We locked up his assistant and they are questioning her now," She finished.

Draco put his hand on hers. She looked at their hands, then back at him. She pulled her hand away. She didn't want to think of something and get her hopes up like the last time something happened.

"How will the exchange, go? With Orpheus," Draco asked.

Hermione looked at him, "You will pick him up at my house on Saturday after lunch," She said.
