Samantha keeps digging in her closet; not a single new dress to be found. The blue one? No, she wore it on her friends birthday. The long, pink robe? No, she has kept it safe for the new year party. The white dress? No! It's her mother's wedding dress!

"Sam, I like that Black leather jacket. How's that?"

"It belonged to my dad. That's the last thing I have of him. Those are memories."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know that."

"No, it's alright. I won't wear it anyway. I don't want that badass look at the Fest. I just wanna look pretty so that I could find a date."

"Oh and what about that lousy kid Joe?"

"He's a nobody. Just wanna forget about it."

"Can you?"

"Of course I can. I don't even know him."

"Yeah, let's forget about that. Let's move fast."

Saying so, both of them dug into the dogpile of clothes all over the room. A dress was selected. Samantha started dressing. They left the room with all the clothes messed up for mom to clean them up.

Amy and Sam open up Sam's garage. For Amy's surprise, Sam pulls out a cover and sees a  Red Subaru standing at it's best.

"Isn't she a beauty?" asked Samantha.

"Whoa Sam! You never told me you had such a beautiful sedan!"

Well, it was unknown for me since last week. I got a letter from Brooklyn which read,

'Dear Samantha Philip,

You might not know me. But I am a very close friend to your father. We were batchmates. Your father died in the war against the Afghans. Exactly two days later, I found a letter in his cell. A letter for you. I remember, You were just a few weeks old. He wrote to your mother to gift you a vehicle as you reach your age

Unfortunately, neither the letter nor your father returned back from the warzone. It was necessary for me to do this for you. Love you on behalf of your father. Peace.

                                                                                                             - Uncle George'

"So, now you've reached your driving age and that means you're ready to drive this beauty."

"Yeah. Say nothing Amy, just hop in!"

Amanda and Samantha drove gracefully down the roads when suddenly,

"Sam, watch out!"

Sam kicked the brakes. The car drifted all of a sudden. There was somebody moving on the road. And they bumped into the person

CRASH!

"Ow!" the person exclaimed, "You should've watched out for the road before knocking off an innocent civilian for God's sake!"

"Oh, I'm so sorry for what happened."

Sam and Amy moved out of the car. For their surprise, the guy was none other than Joe!

"Sam?" Joe enquired.

"Joe?" Sam replied.

"Joe," Amy asked, "Are you alright? Are you hurt?"

"Um. No Amy, Thank you. I'm all good. But just wanna tell you to pay attention on the road a little bit or there may be another victim."

"We're sorry Joe," Amy apologized, "By the way where are you going?"
