Morning.
Ringing of Christmas bells wakes you up,
and Christmas songs are being played in the neighborhood.
It's Christmas!
People come out on the streets, happily,
Wishing each other, Blessing the young and caring for the old.
It's Christmas!

Mom's early morning music disturbs Sam's sleep. Mom's continuous hymning irritates Sam and forcefully and unwillingly, Sam gets up.

Well, that's a normal morning at Sam's apartment. Sam throws away her pillow and kicks away her matress.

"Mom!" Sam growls, irritated and aggressively.

"Don't you try and yell at me. It's Christmas Sam! Christmas! Come on, wake up and get ready. We have a lot of Christmas cards to distribute."

"Mom! You know very well I don't like these things. Just call your friends and wish them. Why is there a need to send cards?"

"Shut up Sam! Get up and get moving. You have your Christmas celebration in your school, remember? You need dresses. You need to go shopping with Amy today. She's waiting for you in the garage."

Amy and Sam then drive to the shopping mall and buy a couple of dresses for each of them. On their way, Sam tells her about the chase with Mack.

"What? You seriously drove to the bar and then cops chased you? You must be out of your mind. I told you that guy is surely gonna take you down someday. Take care Sam."

"Yeah, relax. I'm not that dumb."

They reach home by noon and Sam starts selecting and eliminating the perfect dress to wear for today's Celebration out of the 13 dresses she bought for herself.

Red? Blue? Pink? Yellow? How about a combination? Oh no! It is surely so difficult to decide. Oh God! I did not buy anything.

"Maybe you need a helping hand?" Amy asks.

"Sure, if you're ready!" Sam smiles at her and Amy smiles back.

"So," Sam asks, "Who are you dancing with?"

"Well, it's Joe." Amy replies.

"What? Seriously you did not get anyone else to dance with? I mean, did nobody ask you out for it? I mean, there are still a lot of good guys around, why did you agree to go with that jerk?"

"He's not bad Sam. And after all, he's so innocent. At least, he's not so stupid to drink and drive and still worry about parking tickets."

"Okay Amy! I understand your taunts. Enjoy with him. I won't mind!"

Later that day, the event just begun and Joe arrived 45-50 minutes before the event. Oh what a jerk! He was trying to be punctual but ended up coming before everybody.

Slowly, crowd gathered. Joe was still standing at the entrance like a gatekeeper, waiting for someone.

Then, in a while, Amy arrives in a beautiful, long, silver robe. She looked amazing. Joe looked at her from head to toe.

"What are you staring at?"

"Um... nothing. By the way, isn't that robe too long enough for you to wear?"

"Really? So you think your pants suit you huh?"

"Okay, that hurts Amy!"

"Yeah. How long have you been here?"

"47.8 minutes to be precise!" Joe exclaimed.

Amy gave an irritating expression and looked away.
