Defending Him

(Y/N)'s POV:

This year's meet and greet was going great, so far. When Grayson had asked me about it a few days before the actual date of the event, I'll admit, I was pretty hesitant to agree.

But Gray, being the reassuring boyfriend he is, insisted that I come along, and that everything was going to be "just fine" as he said it. I had to give in after the first two, three times he begged me to come.

And so far, I'm not regretting it. All their fans are super sweet and wanted selfies and autographs, and it was cute seeing Grayson being an absolute sweetheart to them.

Some of them even wanted me to take pictures with them, which at first, I did find odd, mainly because I wasn't used to being recognized. But again, with Grayson by me, I felt comfortable soon enough.

It was rather amusing seeing all the fangirls squeal and go rosy cheeked when either Ethan or Grayson smiled at them. There were some who took pictures with Grayson, with his arm around their waists, but did that bother me?

Not at all. Because my baby was just being friendly, is all. I trusted Grayson with almost everything, so I wasn't worried about him falling for one of these girls at all.

That sounds ridiculous just thinking about it.

But there was one girl, who was getting a bit too touchy. I stood at the side, so she could come over and get her hugs and pictures with the twins.

The first thing I noticed was the way she grabbed each of them, pulling them into her. But I shrugged it off, thinking she was probably just excited and wanted to get things done quickly because there were other people waiting in line.

But then that girl started posing for a picture, and locked her arms around the boys' necks, and lifted her leg up to rub her thigh against Grayson.

Gray looked at me as soon as she did that, giving me a look that pleaded for help. Ethan scratched the back of his neck, looking flushed and quite embarrassed.

It was when the gixie decided to tug Grayson's head down and kiss his neck, when I drew the line.

I doubt she noticed me standing there the entire time she was rubbing herself against the boys, because she looked fairly surprised when she saw me appear.

"I think your time is up, sweetie. Other people are-"

"Just wait your turn, OK?"

I pursed my lips into a thin line, raising a brow at this girl. Did she really not know who I was? I mean Grayson and I have been pretty open about our relationship.

"I think you misunderstood me," I said, keeping my calm composure. "I meant you're taking up more than enough time, and should leave so the next fans can come meet the boys."

"I got it, I got it," the girl snapped. "Now can you get back in line and wait your turn?"

"(Y/N)-" Grayson started, but I raised my hand, saying, "It's fine, baby. I've got this."

The girl must have noticed me calling Grayson 'baby', and gave me an odd look. "Little girl, listen," I said, looking right at her. She was slightly shorter than me, so I just towered over her.

"There are other fans waiting in line behind you, who want to meet my boyfriend and his brother." I saw her eyes widen in, perhaps, realization. "So if you would be so kind as to step aside now, that would be lovely."

The girl simply gulped and nodded, before flitting around me. I smirked at Grayson and Ethan, who looked impressed by the way I handled the situation.

"Alright, who's meeting the twins next?" I said to the whole line of girls anxiously waiting. A brunet before me quickly made her way toward the twins, her eyes lighting up.

The rest of the meet and greet went smoothly.

~Time Skip~

After the long and tiring day of meeting what felt like millions of fans all at once, Grayson, Ethan, and I were finally off to our hotel again.

After making it to the room I shared with Grayson, both of us showered and changed into some comfy clothes-Grayson in his sweats and hoodie, and me in Gray's T-shirt.

"That was pretty hot, earlier today," Gray suddenly said, as he got into bed. I made my way toward my sleepy boyfriend.

"What was?" I questioned.

"The way you stood up for E and I," he explained, as I slipped into bed next to him.

"I had to. That girl was crazy," I said, pursing my lips at the mere thought of it.

"She was just a psycho fan obsessed with me," he playfully boasted. "I hope that didn't make you...jealous?"

My (E/C) eyes rolled in their sockets. "Why would I be jealous?" I said. I scooted closer to Gray, lying on my side, and taking his jaw in my hand. "At the end of the day, I know you're mine, and I'm yours."

Upon hearing these words, Grayson's lips curved up in a wide grin, making me giggle. I moved myself forward, leaning in to pant a kiss on his soft lips.

He gratefully kissed back, his hand coming up to move my hair behind my ear, and tangle his fingers in my hair.

I flung my leg around his waist, and shifted so that I was laying on top of him, my lips still locked with his. I kissed him with passion, hunger, and longing.

A bit later, I slowly broke away, the feeling of his lips on mine still lingering. His adorable childish smile has one on my lips, too. "I love you, Gray. I'll be here by your side no matter what."

"I got so lucky, baby. I love you," Gray replies, before I rest my head on his chest, and the two of us falling asleep in a matter of seconds.
